Assumptions
Nowadays, many high quality mobile application are developed for health professionals and users and focus the entire health care chain, therefore, data collection, diagnosis, prevention, monitoring and treatment. Our team has developed a fitness and weight management app which has been enable via android market. The objective of this study is to share our experience with rolling out a fitness and weight management app. We discuss the acceptance health application by healthcare industry and end-users.
We discuss how mobile apps will be spread in the closed future, tracking daily energy intake via recording food consumed then concentrated on meal type and type of snacks from database of kind of meals and energy content provided in the application. In addition, tracking energy content expanded through daily activities. The app is to use of daily energy intake by inputting personal information and also use adaptive algorithm to improve predictive accuracy of weight loss or gain from the input (“How To Develop The Best Fitness Application?”, 2017).

11. Risk Analysis
The Risk register and analysis is used to update the impact and probability of matrix results. It perform the quality check on the matrix results. It easily categorize the risks to handle the project. It also perform the urgency assessment to find which risk is requires to immediate attention. But there is no high level risks. It has the low privacy risks. To mitigate the privacy risks to use wearable and their corresponding applications.
12. Conclusion
This paper concludes with analysis of the user adoption of mobile application for fitness and weight management based on literature research and experience with fitness and weight management app. Health relevant apps on mobile devices are easy to use often and appeal to lot of user. It permits to take measurement whenever they required. The apps provide a lot of functionality for wither free or few cost.
These apps are particular suitable for the people those who want to be fit and manage the weight. Through this app we can track daily energy intake through recording food consumed then concentrated on meal type and type of snacks from database of kind of meals and energy content provided in the application. Additionally, tracking energy content expanded through daily activities. By giving personal details such as height, weight, age, gender, the app is use the daily energy intake and expenditure to weight gain or loss and to use adaptive algorithm to improve predictive accuracy of weight loss or gain from the input.
