In an organization, the major problem consists of communication issue as employees are not communicated in a proper way and leaders are facing challenges, in that case, to engage those employees effectively (McQuail and Windahl 2015). The sensitivity issue communication is also important as leaders have to take care of non-physical activities created by the employees and for that reason, the difficult scenario can appear. Through the use of sense and effective communication skill, the process can be formulated in right manner. Shannon and Weaver model of communication is important in that case. To mitigate this communication challenges, I need to join some communication classes where aspects of effective communication can be approached by me effectively. I have emotional interference and this is not the good process to manage any kind of communication problem. |
Employee engagement is the key perspective to build a strong relationship with leaders and their subordinates. Employees are finding their position and understand their need in the organization. Communication is the key prospect of mitigating employees’ grievances and that influence of communication helps to manage a good workplace culture in the organization. |

I need to learn and execute the analytical strategies for the development of my logical understanding (Watson 2013). I am not quite good in the business analytical manner so I need to change my absconding knowledge for the development of my position. I need to improve my personal proficiency plan and that is the reason I have to join classes where these activities are learned. |
This is the process where information and synthesize problems do not come and that will help to process all the section of the organization. In case of account handling or small match up a situation, my execution will be important in that case. Employees will trust my knowledge and that is the reason I found confidence in my work. |

Team building is an important aspect of the organization and that is the reason team effectiveness enhances organization productivity. Each colleague has an alternate communication style and conveys a special range of abilities to the table. The organization has huge amounts of various objectives, and it’s difficult to organize the main priority. The major change in team building can be initiated by the leader and the effectiveness of the leader help the business process and team building also (Yusoff, Kian and Idris 2013). |
Organization sustainability evolved through the process and that help to sustain the business opportunities and structure. A common management pitfall is that a manager pretty much statuette out the explanation is giving the task to the subsidiary. This happens in a very restrained way and employees will not grasp. So organizational development is the key aspect of that. |

I need to learn from my earlier managers and learn that how to tackle such situations and maintain a good organization approach in the organization (Malik 2013). I will take a meeting with my employees those are involving with the conflict situation. |
The opportunity will have in employees as they have not left the organization and persistence of experience engagement will be there in the organization. Another major aspect is to avoid the situation through the nation vernal communication. The communication affectivity and comfortable and soulful address is the major concern of this process. |

In order to motivate the people of the group it is important for a leader to understand the individual and to communicate properly. As mentioned above the steps that have been taken to improve the communication skills will be useful in this criterion as well. Firstly it is important to understand the people as well as the organization culture in order to motivate people the factors that negatively impact the employees must be determined and eliminated. It is also important to ensure a healthy work culture. With the help of Hertzberg 2 factor theory I can examine a situation in the time period and conclude the development that I have made in the process of motivating the people who I work with (Yusoff et al. 2013). |
The people will be encouraged and motivation will enhance the performance of operation. Motivation also leads to efficiency among the people. |

I want to adapt to become a transformational leader and in order to do that changes are important (Bottomley et al. 2013). I will ensure to keep a check on the changes that are requested by the employees, the feasibility of the changes will be analyzed and then decisions will be made according to the feasibility report. In case the company has initiated a change I will make sure that I have an open mind in accepting the change. While explaining a change to the subordinates I will ensure that I mention both the positives as well as mention at least one negative this will help the people to understand that an analytical though process has been initiated behind the decision of change. In order to manage change I will ensure that there is transparency in the system and the people are informed prior to the change that will be initiated, it is important to maintain transparency among the people in order to create credibility. I will also ensure that I create and encourage innovation and change in the work culture as a transformational leader looks ahead to changes and innovative ways to operate the business. |

In order to develop cognitive ability I have to be more observant of situations, both from the perspective of the organisation as well as from the employees. This will help me to be analytic in my observation and deal with situation with actions that will help in change management, motivation, conflict management etc. In transformational leadership it is important for a leader to initiate change according to the need and requirement of the organisation as well as according to the opportunities. To determine and understand factors of the environment as opportunity I have to have cognitive abilities. My communication and interpersonal skills are linked with the cognitive ability development and I will keep a check on the progress of the group and will try to determine the scope for development. In order to measure my improvement in observation I will undertake cognitive ability tests periodically to see the process of improvement by being more observant. |

In communication it is important to develop interpersonal skills. I have a problem with initiating conversation which is a major drawback; I will ensure that I develop a habit of initiating conversation in an informal manner with the people. Having effective interpersonal skill will help in the achieving the objective better. I will make sure that in a week at least once I will take time to appreciate the people and help them in time when they are in need of support proactively. I will keep a journal to track my pro-activeness and with time the number of entries must increase which will be prove of improvement of my interpersonal skills (Odumeru and Ogbonna, 2013). |
I will have an opportunity to bond with the team mates better understand their perspective and their constraints; this will in turn help me in providing them with support to improve their output and efficiency. |

With flexibility as a skill I will be able to develop my understanding and will be able to comprehend with situations better which will make me a better transformational leader (Avolio and Yammarino 2013). |
