In addition to this, objective of the business is to retrieve information in a short time period thereby facilitating more users to access information from the website at the same time (Walker, 2015). In testing procedures, it is seen that SEO is working properly and successfully, and to fetch information from database it requires lesser time. In order to build user-friendly environment, black font colour with Times New Roman 14 font-size is used. In content and product description, black font colour with Times New Roman 12 is used. This makes the app more user friendly. In addition to this, objective of this website is to provide all information about the user’s needs and requirements in a report format. While testing this functionality it can be observed that the app is generating the information about users’ buying behaviour in a successful manner. In addition to this, the app’s objective is to offer and provide the information to users about the products and services offered by the organisation. This helps them to achieve better customer’s satisfaction. While testing this functionality it was found that this functionality was working properly.
