The experience of managing the project according to the requirements specified by the clients and management of the team helped in understanding the leadership capabilities of the project. However, I have understood that a proper project management skill is necessary for managing a project team. The leader or a project manager should be a good listener and should be able to engage in frequent communication and negotiation. A project manager needs to identify the skills and the capabilities of the team so as to divide the project responsibilities in an efficient manner. These are some of the necessary skills that a project manager needs to possess
Conclusion
The aim of the project is to develop a system which will help in easier management, buying and selling of the warehoused grain. The application interface should be simple so that it can be easily accessible. The project team is responsible for identifying the scope and the objectives of the project, which will in turn help in implementation of a project management plan. This project management plan will be followed in the project execution phase. The document gives an idea of the team charter and the communication plan that will be followed by the team.
