The organizational movement approaches and strategies are decided by the leader and he is the only one, employees want to follow. The behaviour of the leader and situational understanding is the key aspect of this process and leaders have to take care of employees and operational productivity at the same time. In most of the cases, the vision of leader will be far-fetched and that shows employees’ retention, productivity and customer engagement as well. If the leader fails in an occasion, the productivity of the organization and the future sustainable chances will be restricted in the case (Antonakis and House 2013). The organizational knowing, going and showing is the most convincing way of business handling and leader manages all the aspects of the development of the business. In that case, a true leader knows the changes in their business and creates some extraordinary vision to justify that. I, myself have faced such kind of situation when the leadership aspiration comes out and situational understanding of business is the key aspect of the business. The changes may be relevant on that time and can change the situation of the organization that it was.
The aspect of going the right way in business, the leader needs to understand the target market and market penetration options for a particular product or service. As the product or service creates a good market base over the section leaders will be on the happier side. In case of going in the right genre maintaining goals and objectives is the key issue to deliver (Siemens 2014). The main aspect of going is to define or the set the objective where the organization is going to be and leader intervention in such cases are impressive. The leadership and tea building attitude will help in that case to reach the desired objective of the company. The use of professional trainer to reach the optimum level is the key matter in business and leader will make some strategies that evolve the new way of business generation also. For a leader decision making is the key issue for organization development and in that case, more activity and in-depth knowledge in business is important and relevant (Parris and Peachey 2013). The delegation and empowerment in business is the key activity that leaders have to do for the development of the organization. Leaders have to inspire others to see the same destination that he actually sees. Good communication always influences business opportunities and this is the reason the employees need to concern with their opportunities.

In the way to direct the business opportunities influences all successful business achievements and that means different in quality greatness and business perspective improved a lot. The analysis of leadership quality will highlight the originated movement of the leadership. I feel the inspiring aspect of business and their leadership attitudes are directed in the right direction that evaluates the position of the organization. The confidence they get from the organizational subordinates help to maintain the productivity and that is the reason most of the successful achievement are aligned with the leadership process (Choudhary, Akhtar and ZaheeR 20130. A leader is one who knows the goals and objective and they try their every possible strategy even some unexpected strategies to mitigate the process in a proper way.
There is diversity in organizational learning and in most of the cases, two distinct thoughts are contradicting in that matter. The thoughts are generally comprised of thinking and the process signified as the cognitive process of learning. The next stage focuses on the doing dimension in business and that impacted on the behavioural application of business. A leader needs to think about the situation that organization is in (Aydin, Sarier and Uysal 2013). The experience processing, observation, analysis and understanding are the key aspects that form the thinking-based model for the action-oriented program for business. The innovative and exciting way of business and the communities of understating along with the determination is the key mindset that generates the thinking. The major thinking, in that case, is to analyze the common strength of the organization and sharpened that. It is imperative to give the right work to the right individual. If the leader pulls all the effort and does it himself, then the leader is pulling the team down. This broadcasts an erroneous memorandum to the team that the leader doesn’t assure them to do the work (Dinh eta al. 2014). As the CEO of a scientific-based venture, I can see very obviously the differences between an effectual employee and an efficient manager. And while there are positively overlapping skills and information sets, an effective manager wants to have a few added workings in order to be provided with some extra than just a field expert—and become a victorious leader. Some of the learning aspects are associated with that fact and leader has to understand the process also. The ethical prospect, visionary, and team-oriented management is the key issue that highlighted the business opportunities as well (Marcinkus Murphy 2012). Good work ethics also highlights the leader’s critical thinking and development aspects. Being self-effacing may appear like the polar contrary of being a leader, but it is important to stay grounded, rooting out conceit in case of leadership. No other individual is self-made; keep in mind what earlier leaders have learned, and how those lessons have taught in this modern scenario.
Empowering Employees for Business Development
Kolb’s learning cycle is the well-known learning theory that establishes the learning practices. Kolb segmented the entire part in four sections like experience, reflect, conceptualize and plan. This is the development plan every individual has faced and that is the reason is associated with the reflective observations (Kolb 2014). In case of experience, it covers the personal experience that accumulated by me and then points out the countless opportunities to provide a kick start of learning cycle. The next stage is the reflection and this is an observational process of understanding what I have done and experience through the process. The next stage is the process of conceptualization and it interprets the general hypothesis and meaning of critical thinking. The entire process is considering the abstract idea that gets from the experience that I have found from my own experience (Kolb 2014). This is the key aspect that delivering the plan in business and it is a kind of flowchart that has extracted from experience and highlights the challenging issues from the experience. The interpretation and testing options are the key issues of this matter. It will be the best form that follows the cycle process and make a mind of conclusion from the operation. This is the main criteria that sum up the whole process. The adopted nature of the business is the crucial aspect for the leader and he has to think over the condition of the company and then make some suitable steps in business.
I have found the process of leadership aspect in case of knowing the way, is the simplest form of exploring the business opportunities. After that leader moves forward to go the way and choose a path needs then it needs to be effective enough to influences the business. I also understand the importance of gaining good culture and vision that impacted on the business and leaders’ basic approach identifies the process also. In case of Kolb learning model, the key concept of leaning is based on the experience a person gathers and to manage the situation or the outcome that adopted by a person. It can be evaluated as the process of conceptualization also influences in organization behaviour and in that case most of the effective business understating and leadership theories are important and significant in that matter.
Therefore, it can be concluded that reflection over the learning activities and leadership progression in business help in case of productive progression of business. The factor of sustainability is the key concern and that is the reason most of the leaders are managing their effectiveness in business and also influences the better business chances also. I realize the section that understands the juncture between this aspect of leadership and learning as all the processes are not aligned in the proper way and that will impact on my decision. I have to implement my understating through my experience and culture and that is the main reason most of the business opportunities exemplar has been taken to motivate this learning process and leaders’ activity.
