Project Overview
The paper mainly focusses on the launching of childcare products within “Alaron” which generally engages in manufacturing personal care products. In order to expand the business, the higher authority of the organization wants to launch some childcare products for the children who are below the age limit of five. In order to launch the childcare products, the organization develops a plan for estimating the cost and time for launching the products.
In this paper, project plan for the event is created and as per the plan, the time that is needed for launching the project will be around 36 days. It is found that budget of $ 40,240 is mainly required for launching the products. Furthermore, the paper also reflects on project scope, project priority matrix, WBS, communication plan as well as risk register.

The figure that is displayed above is the project priority matrix for the launching of childcare products within the organization ““Alaron”. As marketing is quite important for launching, the project manager of the project utilizes every opportunity for reducing the time of project completion, and in doing so the going budget is considered to be acceptable but not desirable. In addition to this, the performance specification of the entire project cannot be compromised.

The paper discusses number of risks and challenges that are mainly associated with the project so that the risks can be mitigated successfully by utilizing proper risk mitigation strategies.
