The day to day admin works is too tedious and time-consuming. There are many entries that one usually faces with this. However now this will no longer be any problem as there is the best and the early solution. We call the solution, Clari. Clari will help in managing the Stable Message company in the best and the most organized way.
Ladies and gentlemen we are presenting to you a newly made and highly advanced Robot called Clari. He is a very cute, well mannered and smart robot who will help to ease the day to day admin work at the workplaces. He is not a threat or a burden. He is here for easing the lives of all the individuals at the workplace. One does not need to think about wasting a huge amount of their time on any admin related task in their workplaces. Clari will be taking care of the day to day admin activities and will make sure that are no errors in the activities like the maintaining of the records, the creating and maintaining of the forms and documents and the bonus on this is that Clari is best at housekeeping and cleaning. It will make sure that the office looks pretty clean (Deng, 2015). As Stable Message company is a message company that promises giving pain relief massage treatments to people, there is a greater need for keeping the ambiance very clean, pure and healthy.
2). The mode of communication that I will be selecting is the online advertising. This is because the targeted audiences for this product are people working in the office and have a good exposure to the usage of the internet and the social media. So, showing the benefits of this product through the online advertising sites are very helpful for them. This mode of communication will be able to attract their attention very easily. The community and the government will know that this robot is indeed a very useful product and will be very helpful for all the people. The demographic structure is between 20 to 50 years of age/ they are mainly the young adults and the adults who professionals and who need a very easy and error-free fast way of getting their works done (Gordon et al., 2015).
3). I would be engaging the audiences by demonstrating the miracles the Clari could bring on the field of admin bot. I will try to show a pre-recorded video clip of the activities of Claris so that the targeted audiences find the description to be more engaging. They will get the proof right in front of them. I will be recording the activities of Clari during a test session. This will be very useful as this will engage the audiences very much.

4). I might refer to a story where a robot or any unknown scientific gadget has turned out to be a friend of mankind and not a foe. I will also try to imbibe many colorful and engaging g images and sound effects through the projectors while telling the stories. I will be telling the story with the help of the ICT devices. I will also show clippings of Clari working within the admin bot department and working on keeping the office clean (Michalos et al., 2015).
5). The tech-savvy and the thirst towards scientific inventions will help in encouraging them to take part in the discussion of this new product. The creative bent of mind of the audiences can be very useful. There can be many of them who will be students of communication and may have the habit of inventing some scientific objects. They will surely give some feedbacks or some areas of improvement that can be incorporated into the performance of Clari.
6). I will be doing the presentation and presenting it to the targeted audiences through the modern scientific tools and implements like the projector screens, a proper internet connection. I will also need a meeting with the creator of this robot that is Karl. I will also be sitting in a meeting with the fellow colleagues for getting the new ideas of making this presentation (Sharkey, 2014).
