In order to reach to a great height of success, the company must work in groups and must define the expected behavior in groups. The company can formulate strategies like holding some amount of activities in the groups. This would include the competitions among the teams so that the staffs knows the ways of working in a group and gets accustomed to the ways of working in a team. The managers should formulate certain strategies that would make every individual of the group to perform (Becton, Walker & Jones?Farmer, 2014).

There are certain strategies that should be followed in order to reach to a great height till the year 2035. The company should follow the strategy of LEARN. The full form of this is listen, effectively communicate, and respect differences and no judgment. It is important to listen actively to the problems of the employees or the customers. The company must listen to the quarries of the employees as well as the customers. The company must make the effort to listen for meaning by checking back with the speaker in order to ensure that the things were listened accurately. The staffs of the company are from different backgrounds. This is the reason they convey the same thing in different language. The management should listen to the problems of the employees and the staffs. The next strategy includes the strategy of communicating in an effective manner. The company should circulate online feedback forms to the customers so that they can get effective feedbacks from their customers. This might help them to develop their business. They must conduct an induction of their employees and the employees should be encouraged to give feedbacks. In case of any drawback the company should make efforts to rectify the drawbacks. The other strategy would include the strategy to avoid ambiguity (Bryson, 2018). The concept of work and the job roles should be clear. It is the responsibility of the management to make the ambiguous matters clear. It is related to the job roles and the offers that the company releases.
