As the leader in my team, my major role is to ensure that all the functions are conducted efficiently.
- Ground laws-the manner in which team members organize themselves is essential to me.
- Responsibilities- Once the laws have been outlined and every member agrees then we can define the responsibilities of each member(Kreunen, 2017).
- Making decisions- It is also an important item that maintains team work.
- Processes of the team- The main aim is to establish clarity in the team goals. This is the most vital stage and needs top level team intrusion since it determines the decisions made and performance of the team(Karam, 2010).
To establish an exciting, apprehending and innovative online clothing brand that will help secure a brighter future for the Clothing industry in Australia in the next five years.

Hello and Good morning to all of you, it is a pleasure seeing all of you here in our general meeting where we are going to discuss on cohesion and teamwork spirit for our e-commerce project that we are almost launching (Santos, 2015). As we had discussed in our previous meeting agenda which you have already gone through since everyone was sent a copy, I think it is better if we begin our conversation right away. a) The first thing I would like to start with is discuss about team goals achieved and those not yet achieved (Kenny, 2012). The team goals achieved: Project completion within budgeted amount Creation of a quality e-commerce strategy and product. The marketing team initiating campaign for the e-commerce project. The team goals not yet achieved We were not able to complete 25.0% of project over the last three months, we were just able to finish 20.0% which was still low and we were already beyond the time limit. Some members of the team not communicating effectively when dealing with the project and this is still a problem (Páscoa, 2012). b) Which team member should be appreciated or rewarded and for doing what? All the members are just doing fine but would really like to appreciate Renata Sharon Silva our marketing manager for his efforts in the last three months of the doing the project and he was able to achieve his KPIs excellently. I would really like to thank you Renata Sharon Silva for a such an outstanding performance for this last three months and your unique dedication to the campaigns (Keay, 2010). (c). Aims and Objectives: To see if all the constraints and risk were solved and determine if project can be implemented (Keay, 2010). Main agenda will be fixing all the constraints that hinder goal achievement and providing aid to all members. |
After analyzing the proposed scenario, we unanimously decided to provide customized shoes via e-commerce to attain more profits and success. We have to obtain more details about this strategy and try develop it more efficiently. There is still success even outside this clothing sector (Mattsson, 2008). Analysis have shown that even with the costs of printing, cost of production can still be lowered by purchasing plain white or dark t-shirts and give customers a chance to customize the entire shoe. This can increase price and obtain more profits.
Our main intention is maintaining a high-quality material for our shoes and thus plan to start consulting other companies in different countries. Information regarding best customization and printing methods can be obtained and used for our shoes. The shoes made will be for all genders and ages (Wang, 2014). Our target market is the teenagers and youth who have a high potential of buying since they love trend and individuality.
Developing a new e-commerce website will help reach the target market. Our target we are mostly considering are capable of purchasing the shoes. Since this is a new strategy, Google shall be optimized for advertising purposes. Azusa Gomez Suzuki will be responsible for the website development, Renata Sharon Silva will be responsible for social media platforms (Dhurup, 2016 ). They must ensure that their systems are in line with company goals. Diego Michael Sanchez will be responsible of the company logos for all the social media platforms while Carla Sharku Ottone will be responsible for developing a database system for the company.
