Overview and Background
The Project for providing training presentation to the employees of Elite Operaton with the detailed presentation and training to the small to medium size enterprise through the commercial mechanism. The project will integrate the existing process followed in the organisation for providing training to its employees. The project for training presentation needs to be developed and presented within a short period of time. This allows the employed to enhance the management, team leadership and team development process within their work. Furthermore, the developed training program provides a certain amount of flexibility that allows in serving a broader customer base.
The identified key objectives for the training presentation project are defined in the section below:
- To evaluate and identify the various training theories followed throughout the commercial areas;
- To identify the significant customers and clients of SME in Australia;
- To demonstrate the theories and applications of training that are followed and implemented;
- To prepare a presentation for providing training to the SMEs;
- To complete the presentation within one single program and module;
- To effectively develop and design the plan for training presentation;
The success criteria that needs to be achieved for the successful completion of the training presentation project includes:
- The planning and demonstration of the training presentation needs to be completed within single sessions and one month of time;
- The entire project will be completed within the provided budget of $20,000.00;
- The training presentation would provide competitive advantage to the SMEs;
The benefits that can be gained through the undertaken project are illustrated as follows:
- The developed training program would provide the employees with the information for learning the skills related to team management, team leadership and team development;
- The Elite Operaton would able to expand their training program commercially with various SMEs at Australia;
- The Elite Operaton would gain competitive advantage through the developed training presentation;
A detailed project management plan has been developed in this assignment for the planning, scheduling, and developing the budget for the training presentation for the employees. In addition to that, the project effectively identified the stakeholders and their responsibilities within the project. In addition to that, the risks are identified and their possible solutions are provide for reducing the negative impact over the project. The application of the effective and proper process and plan for project management allowed the project manager in successful completion of the raining presentation program within one months of time period and provided budget of $20,000.00.
The process and procedure of managing the project ensures the proper development and effective management of the project schedule, scope and budget of the project. The project manager follows a detailed plan for integrating the training presentation project. The various stages and process followed for the development of the training presentation project are illustrated in the section below:
Project Initiation Phase: In the initiation phase of the project, the project manager evaluated the required scope, objective and requirements of training presentation project. The stakeholders and their responsibilities are identified within this particular phase. Furthermore, for this project, the project charter has been developed and reviewed by the Elit Operaton
Authorities for verification.
Project Planning Phase: In the project planning phase, the project manager uses brainstorming session for identifying the particular activities and work that needed to be achieved for the completion of the project. Based on the information gained in the Planning phase, the detailed project plan for proving training presentation have been developed and approved.
Project Execution Phase: The execution phase is a significant phase in project integration that ensures the final delivery of the presentation for training purpose. In this phase, the planning and the presentation are developed. In addition to that, the venue and accommodations are selected during this phase of the project.
Project Control Phase: The control phase of the project provides the project manager in controlling the quality and ensure the proper results obtained from the provide presentation. In this phase the feedback and review of the employees are taken for ensuring proper quality has been achieved during the project.

The scope of this project plan is to develop the project for developing the presentation of training based on the concepts of project management. A proper presentation is to be used to form based on the concepts of project management. The scope is to do stakeholder analysis, project schedule as well as budget, sourcing of the resources, quality survey plan as well as final managing of the time. The purpose of this project plan is to create a presentation, which discusses to manage and develop the business. It helps the managers to provide instruction on the representatives and workers ideas based on the project management planning. There is a scope is to get 100 percent approval from both project manager and sponsor.
