It will also carry to explain the ability to identify the complex nursing issues related to community nursing. Therefore, study community nursing has been selected that will aim to evaluate the research strategy and the processes for generating the evidence related to the community nursing. The study has undertaken a descriptive inquiry for gaining the phenomenological approach in regards to the community nursing staffs and my experiences which working in community nursing.
Community nursing staffs have worked in rural areas and in the remote areas for gaining a permanent capacity. It contacted amongst 13 out of the 16 consenting healthcare services. Everyone that belongs to the community nurses has generally expressed a desire for participating in a process interview. Data has been mainly collected using interviews that consisted of semi-structured having the total number of 15 community nurses in rural as well as for remote communities (Taylor et al. 2015. The workplace faces some challenging situations related to health and safety within the surroundings which include the large distances between homes of the clients and the office which in turn leads to working in isolation consisting of the long periods and devoid of sufficient communication. In addition to that other issues have been included for managing and developing effective strategies to deal with poor client and career behavior. The poor condition of a patient is mainly due to the extensive work pressure, and they are facing work-related stress that has caused immense burnouts due to stress. In Australia, it has been noticed that nurses/nurse-midwives mainly works in the community. Some of them are called community health nurses, and they may also be termed as public health nurses. In this case, a client is the community, and they are not a person (Kelly, & Symonds, 2017) community mainly comprise of the people consisting of the different ages, health conditions, and different cultures. From my experience, I have seen that the nurses of the community health are expected to focus on the work for the prevention of the community health. which includes the promotion of self-care within the hospitals of Australia.

The research strategy that has been used in the community visiting of community nursing uses the primary method for the survey for obtaining the results whether it can satisfy the clients or not (Taylor, Coates, Brewster, Mountain, Wessels, et al. 2015). The research method also uses feedback from the peer groups, which helps them to provide with more information. Community nursing is a. Therefore, a dependent variable and community visiting is an independent variable. The information gained from the search strategy on the community visiting has been discussed. The search strategy helps in the nurses by supporting them in the future organizational and adopting changes in the professional field. This further helps in the nurses in achieving excellence in the community visiting. The search strategy thereby, helps in improving the current medications process and resolves the error that occurs within the ongoing process. The other outcomes found from the searches include adopting and implanting of the modern technologies while medication of the patients. Followed by providing effective training to the nurses about the community visits and how the whole process will be carried out smoothly in the future (Fain, 2017).
Australian has promoted a quality to promote excellence in the community nursing to develop the health and wellbeing of the individual living in Australia. Community nursing is thus can be generally described as care of nursing that is providing within the hospital system. This mainly includes healthcare that is provided in a home, and for other settings too (Cherry & Jacob, 2016). For example for the General Practice, a community hospital, that mainly consisted of the custody group, a school or care home. It has been analyzed that there are about 14,000 community nurses, that works across every corner of Australia and that perform a different role. It consists of :
A) Advanced Nurse practitioner There are the main role to manage and provide the proper care to the patient and in a specified manner B) Care Home nurse They aim to provide extensive care for providing the nursing care setting
C) Community children nurse
They have the expert for the children and families in the home

Community Nursing in Australia
Vulnerability at work place It can be said that in the community nurses may suffer through vulnerability that has been caused at work, and in that case, nearly half of them has said that safety risks have been worsening in the recent two years, it has also resulted from cost-cutting of NHS, as reported by the union of Australia. Mental Retardness As per as the findings of the community nursing can be treated as the independent variable which has been urged that about 1300 community nurses were felt horrified and they believe that a proper protection should be given to the staffs.
Increase in the caseload In the hospital of Australia, there has been an increased number of the caseload, and they are finding problem relatively in the working hour. It has also identified that Nurses are mainly missing out on safety training and it may be that only a few numbers of training are given to staffs. Some of the nurses have to assess the worker protection devices to raise the alarm in regards to the potential danger (Petrie et al. 2016). However, from the analysis, it has been identifying that 13 percent of the employees have accessed to the device and the rest are not aware of it.
Community visiting in nursing is considered as the services that a nurse provides are based on the community and the non-profit health care agencies. Being a community nurse, we tend to provide quality home care services to the patients, who visit us. We also tend to promote education regarding health, prevention, and wellness services. However, these factors hamper our personal life, as we are unable to give time to their family. We cannot engage themselves in any kind of family occasions. Because of the work pressure, we go through, we cannot give time for their family, and this hampers our peace of mind (Chilton & Bain, 2017).
Role of community visiting by nurses concerning critical medical conditions
Major issues which I have found in the complex issues that occur during clinical practices have been found among the nurses who take care of the mental health of the patients and the patients who have difficulty in learning new things (Cherry & Jacob, 2016). The nurses working in this area are seen assaulted by the patients that they are treating and this creates a risk for them. The patients not being well sometimes can even attack the nursing during treatment while handling the patients to their family or sending the patient to their homes. Further, alarms can be used in case of emergency. Other complex issues include the continuous shifts that the nurses have to be tackle due to the low strength of staffs. The continuous shifts make the nurses tired and demotivates them from the present work they are assigned to. Further, this even affects the health of the nurses, and they can even feel depressed. These factors lead to improper working among them. The nurses need to be open-minded, as they have to deal with different kinds of patients during their work and observe them, guide and help them during their treatment process (Lewis, Bucher, Heitkemper, Harding, Kwong, et al. 2016). Thereby, steps should be taken to resolve the complex issues that occur during the clinical practices. Short staffing also affects the community visit in nurses as due to decrease number of nurses the work pressure among the present nurse increases. Managing problems also take time this requires a lot of patience and carefully deal with the problems and resolve the issues (Urden, Stacy & Lough, 2017).

Demonstrating the complex nursing issues related to the clinical practices

Conclusion
Several nurses have mainly achieved excellent outcomes to meet the needs of the community health consumers. Managers play a very vital to ensure that the objectives should be met to provide the better health service to the patients. In spite of the positive outcomes, a lot of processes were generally considered to be unsafe by community nurses. It was identified that it is essential to provide the greater training to ensure capacity building that is generally required for meeting the needs of the hospital’s staffs. The administered function should be open minded that help to provide the quality of the services to the patients.
The hospital should have the proper access so that it will ensure the safety of the employees. Thus every employee should have the proper access especially the female staff so that it will a customized alert is mandatory as it will help to mitigate the issues and it will help to provide the better security service to the employees.
The regular feedback should be taken from the employees so that it will aim to acknowledge the problems of the employees. This is because it is essential to daily communicate with the employees so that the administration will be aware of the problems and they will aim to formulate the effective strategies to ensure the better health safety of the staffs (Chilton & Bain, 2017).
