About Family First Medical Centers Pty Ltd
Project Sponsor
The sponsor of the project is Dr. Robert Slate who is the owner and President of Family First Medical Centers Pty Ltd.
The organization is a single centred organization, however, there has been an expansion in the number of centres and have developed four additional centres in the last four years. This would be expanding their businesses and the increase in the number of centres for the organization would help in the expansion process.
The organization would be expanding their business and hence, they would like to implement a system, which would help them to improve the overall communication system for the organization. In addition to this, the system would be able to integrate all the centres in to a single system that would store all the data for the organization and also generate the reports accordingly.
The organization wants to provide their customer with the online facilities that would make their treatment processes easier and would increase the customer satisfaction level towards the organization largely. This would also improve the time the employees require to perform a certain action within the organization and increase the efficiency of the business of the organization.
Not all the features of the system would be available to the customers who would be viewing the system, and the there are certain details which would available only to the administrators.
