Organizational structure refers to the arrangement of different levels of organization according to their authority, responsibility, legal boundations etc. The organizational structure of a company talks about the level with which information is communicated and the employees are allocated work and supervised in the company. Also under the organizational structure, obligations and duties are defined on the basis of which every employee in the organization works. There are different types of organizational structure which helps the organization to work efficiently in the target market (Balko, and Vasudevan, SAP 2014). But the organizational structure best suited for the Slick ‘n’ Sleek Company is the flat organizational structure.
Further, structure of the company is one of the most important aspects which supports the activities and decision making process of the business in long run. Communication and motivation activities initiated by the mangers in the organization highly influence the environment and the culture of the business (Katane, and Dube 2017). The management culture also boosts up the morale off the employees which makes them more loyal towards the activities of the company.
