College Education Completion Life Cycle
During the study period in college it is very much important to maintain all the golden rules and regulations carefully. It can be said that after the successful maintenance of these rules and regulations one student can gain efficiently the college certificate (Gebremariam et al. 2016). A college education session is not different than the project. Rather it could be said that college course is almost similar to project. The students, who follow the golden rules carefully, get success and those who not might fail after the completion of the entire course. The methodology also varies from one another. The phrase of college education completion life cycle includes the following:
- Planning for going to the college
- Analysis of the main needs, for which one goes to the college
- Configuration of the specified study programs
- Implementation of accurate schedule for completion of the college study programs
In order to get success in the college course, the college education completion methodology is required to be maintained. The college education completion life cycle, includes different phrases and based on the type of the college course. In each phrase, the students should maintain proper flow or activities to complete the college unit appropriately (Cai 2013). In the initial phrase the students should plan for going to the college on appropriate time by maintaining the working schedule also. Then, they should understand the actual need, in order to serve which they are actually going to the college. In the next phrase they are needed to design accurate program for the completion of the study. After designing the programs appropriately, they are needed to maintain those activities appropriately. These activities are more specified than the previous activities. Other approaches are getting involved to the college study courses, moving away from home, interaction with new friends, and establishment of new social lives.
In order to complete these study course activities appropriately, certain techniques are required to be maintained by the students accurately. One of the most effective technique in referred to as a strategy rather guideline that is needed to receiving an activity or task completed. Particularly for this case, that is the “college education completion methodology” the guidelines are the most important components that must be maintained by the students efficiently (De Rassenfosse and Williams 2015). Initially they should ensure that they will be attending class everyday punctuality without any delay and they will make sure that they carefully understand the materials of the courses that are given by their professors in the lecture period. Another important technique is referred to as the strategic improvement it means that whatever lessons the students are getting from the classes must be revised by them accurately after getting back to home.

It has been found that the internal gap between student’s need and the traditional universities are increasing day by day. Therefore, in order to meet the requirement of the students proper models are needed to be developed in the study courses.
This new model is somewhere different from the traditional model but it has been found that the features of the traditional model exist in the new model but there are some additional features that are added up to the new college education development model.
In order to create the new education models for successful college education completion, different tool are needed to be used by the development team. It has been found that, strategic planning is one of the major tools that help to create the model for college. In order to recognize competitive advantages and competitive place within the proper environment, the tool named ass strategy is required to be adapted. Moreover, for developing the human resources efficiently educational strategies are needed to be developed by the model developers (Iwasiw and Goldenberg 2014). Apart from this, another tool that is needed to be adapted by the model developer is the control. In order to gain expected outcomes from the models the developers are needed to include proper control in the model. Where, the higher authority will monitor the progress of the project with appropriate measure controls. In addition to this another important tool that is needed to be added to the college education development model is the student relation.
I think that the decision made by CLT (Custom Trucking Load), in order to build their own project manager, from the existing employees of the business organization is not wrong. Based on the quality and talent of the employees the project managers are selected for CLT. The reasons behind selecting employees as PM are as follows:
- The new manager will be loyal to the company as he or she is already working for CLT long term.
- The internal procedures used by CLT are known to them.
- They will be confidence about their fellow project team members
- He or she will show, career path
- The PM will be known to the tools and working environment.
It is not necessary that always a good analyst will be a good project manager. The management skills might differ from the technical skills. Proper technical as well a personnel training is needed to be given to would be PM.
Investigating System Requirements
In order to measure whether Stewart is ready to become a project manager or not, certain criteria are required to be maintained CLT. Six different categories are identified those are needed to be adapted to become a project manager of the business organization (Kerzner 2013). While developing a new project for any business organization it can be said that the leading role is always served by the project manager of the business itself. The successful roles of the project manager will lead project towards massive success (Burke 2013). Leadership and motivation are the main features that are needed to be possessed by the project managers. The job structures of the project manager are given below:
- They are responsible for the project planning, execution, control and project monitor t the same time.
- They are the leading authorized person for the project
- They must have a personality
In addition to this it also has been determined that the project managers should carefully monitor the project progress. Monica reviewed that Stewart has done excellent job as a team leader in CLT’s previous project. For getting competitive advantages from the marketplace, the roles and responsibilities of the project managers are found to be the most important things.
For becoming a successful project manager certain qualities that are required to be possessed, so that they could efficiently meet the requirement of the clients are discussed blow. In CLT, Stewart is one of the most talented people and thus, the executive of the company Monica provided certain advices to Stewart, so that he could gain is position fluently. The advices that are provided to Stewart are as follows:
- Stewart is required to posses appropriate leadership quality so that he could effectively motivate his fellow project team members. The leadership quality will also inspire the other members who are working on the project.
- Stewart should adapt required negotiation skills for resolving the conflicts hat might occur I the business organizations.
- Proper cost control measures are needed to be adapted by Stewart
- Stewart must maintain accurate schedules of the project development.
- Contract management is another important measure that is needed to be done by the PM
- Proper risk management technologies should be adapted by Stewart
As the identified situation is very much viable candidate for a given set of question thus in order to develop the online trading system, Edward should focus on certain criteria. The users of the system are very much discrete and might be diverse. The topic that needs further development should come under focus and the develop set of question are required to be preferred by the users (Schwalbe 2015). This interview of the brokers might be costly method. In order to select an office, a set of features are needed to be developed to discriminate different offices from the similar offices. In order to get customer feedback Edward could try to focus on the target groups. He should also focus on the feedbacks that are getting from the consumers. It will help him to deliver a customer centric management service to the consumers (Verzuh 2015). Moreover, the suggestions, opinion and advises are found to be very much helpful. For getting maximum number of participants Edward could also include follow up and thank you calls for the consumers and he should add a feedback call where he will be asking for additional suggestions. The line of communication will open genuine feedback for Edward.
Edward should look at the existing report and the destination. The information that has been provided by the information system is the focus of interest of the destination person. He should look at different departments to found whether they need any additional information or not. He should consider the senior management to find whether the strategic information required to be maintained or not.
