Once the client was facing a lot of problems in terms of not being able to stay awake and was feeling very much lethargic in nature. The client was also having dry mouth and was feeling very much tired. It was stated to me by the family members that the client was feeling dizziness. |

In this situation the following health information I gathered from the family members and the client – Fatigue: The level of letting that is being faced by the client during the scenario was taken into account by me. Lethargy: I also get that information if the client is feeling lethargic in nature and is wanting to go to sleep. Dizziness: I also get that information if the client was facing dizziness for a longer period of time from the family members of the client (Kavouras 2019). Headache: I identified if the client was facing severe headache during the situation. Muscle cramps: I also took into account the muscle cramp, if it was being faced by the client during the scenario. Thirst: I also identified as the client was feeling thirsty. |

Following are the health terminologies that was utilized by me – Muscle cramps – muscle cramp can be stated as the sudden as well as involuntary contraction that occurs between one or more muscles in an individual. Muscle cramp is very much painful for clients of more age. Dehydration – dehydration is the problem that is faced by people who are feeling thirsty and do not consume ample amount of water. A lot of problems are caused due to the implementation of dehydration in an individual. Fatigue – fatigue is caused in an individual that are facing tiredness and they are also facing lack of energy in terms of conducting the day-to-day work. |

How would you explain the body functioning of this person? For example, are they in generally good health, poor health, taking different types of medication or no medication, physically fit, etc? |
The body functioning of the client was generally in good health but due to the lack of proper consumption of water the client was suffering from dehydration. The most viable solution that can be provided to the client in this particular scenario will be to provide saline water to the client (Edmonds et al. 2021). |

What factors do you believe are impacting on this person’s health (either positive or negative)? |
The negative impact that is being associated with the health of the client is the lack of optimum consumption of water on a regular basis. |

Looking at the issues and the body functioning of the client that has been identified in this scenario, it can be stated that with proper consumption of water the client will be beneficial. The client will also be beneficial in terms of their body functioning with proper consumption of water. The interrelationship between the component of the human body includes drinking water to keep the body fit and healthy in nature. |

In this situation I utilized the health information of understanding the importance of nutrition and food consumption in the body of human being. I stated the client about the various advantages that are associated with consumption of healthy food. |

The following health terminology was utilized by me in this situation – Nutrition – nutrition can be stated as the biochemical as well as physiological process by the help of which it is possible for a human being to utilize food for supporting life. There is various process in the body that is associated with nutrition including absorption, assimilation and catabolism and many others. Heathy food habits – it is very important for an individual to have healthy food habit in order to keep their body fit and healthy. Healthy food habits are very much essential in terms of avoiding complications in the human body (Singh, Choudhary and Kumar 2021). |

The client is generally in good health but not physically fit. This is mainly due to the reason that healthy food consumption is not being undertaken on a regular basis by the client. |

The negative impact is being generated by the unhealthy consumption of food in the life of the client. With the consumption of healthy food, it will be possible for the client to lead a proper life. |

Based on the body functioning of the client it can be stated that with less amount of roughage in the food of the client, digestion is not being conducted properly (Chen, Chaudhary and Mathys 2020). |

The health information that was utilized in this situation include the different body problems that are being faced by the client in terms of body ache due to the lack of optimum exercise in the life of the client. |

The following are the health terminologies that was utilized in this situation – Regular exercise – regular exercise is essential for the client in terms of keeping their body healthy and fit. With the implementation of regular exercise, it is possible for the client to avoid body problems that are currently being faced. Fit and healthy – keeping oneself fit and healthy is very much essential in terms of avoiding the different diseases that might occur (Foright et al. 2018). |

The body function of the client is in Poor health due to the fact that regular exercise is not been conducted by the client which is ultimately going to affect their health in the long run. The client is not currently physically fit which is going to be a problem. |

The client is facing body ache and this is mainly due to the negative impact that is been generated due to lack of regular exercise in the client. |
