They have to consider the reviews provided by the guests as they matter a lot in making and destroying the reputation of the hotel. In this way, the customers and guest will perceive this behaviour as a negligence and may not visit the hotel again (Svensson, Svaeri, & Einarsen, 2009). The company should improve and manage the staff for this particular activity in the hotels.
If I am the Manager, and the guest is actually waiting to speak in the hotel lobby. I will do conversations related to the hotel and their trip.
