Key Steps in Human Resource Management Planning
The paper mainly focusses on the construction of Fisher Street Car Park for Fairfield City Council by the ADCO Construction Company. It is identified that the company “ADCO Construction” which is one of the leading construction company in Australia engages in constructing the Fisher Street Car Park in order to provide proper car parking facility (Adcoconstruct.com.au 2018). The project mainly includes car parking for 180 vehicles over 3-storey building that is split into five different levels. The company also includes some of the environmentally sustainable initiatives including 30 kW photovoltaic system that is mainly installed on the top level of the car parking area. In addition to this, the design that is made for the façade treatment is very much spectacular with various significant black butt timber stenciling in order to provide proper themed mural.
