Total time to develop and deploy the project is 50 days. However MOV shall an average 30 days more than total duration of project.
The scope of the proposed iCorp project includes the defining the testable requirements and budget estimation. Along with requirement analysis, designing, development and testing activites also come under the scope. Marketing of the proposed project is out of the scope. The Virtucon team shall decide and manage the scope. If the scope is likely to change then it can be integrated in the project through change management plan. A change request shall be created and once it is approved by the project sponsor, the change shall be incorporated in the project.
The scope management plan includes all those activities which are required to manage the. Project scope. It is an important step it avoids any chance of scope creep in the project.
Technology
Globex corp proposed project needs to work on online via website and mobile app. Hence, server side language shall be used such as PHP and database like MySQL. Network routers and sufficient bandwidth are required.
The Virtucon team shall work in its premise.
Travel and training
Training shall be done in the premises of Globex corp. Travelling shall be done for gathering any data from Globex.
Part 3 : WBS
Assumptions made for the budget:
- Cost allocated according to the employee designation and work load for the team members in the project.
- Training cost for the team members are included.
Part 4 : Risk analysis & Plan
- Only Globex has this kind of interface.
- Developed system shall be available 24×7.
- Training may take longer than expected.
- User interface on website and mobile app has very low leaning curve.
- The chosen technology will work as desired.
- There can be a scope creep if Globex comes up with a change request.

(Lehmann & Prabhakar, 2009)
- Project manager needs to gather all of the client’s requirement during the initial phases of the project. The budget and schedule would also be analysed.
- The team involved for development of the budget needs to choose a suitable programming method for the system.
- The team involved for quality assurance must also use appropate method for testing to rule out any bugs in the system.
- Project manager as well as program manager together needs to guide trainers in providing correct training to all of the clients.
- Project manager also needs to direct his team in order to achieve a goal within the stipulated budget and time.
The quality of the overall project is standardized using ISO 9001:2008 as the method for quality standard.

Verification of the project includes activities for assessment that has been performed in overall lifecycle of the project so as to figure out all the planned activities and whether or not they were executed in the correct way. This particular assessment takes place in several meetings that happens such as progress review, design review or even schedule review. This particular process is also used for validation and verification for different quality parameters including testing management, risk management and change management.
Several reviews take place between the team and the project management for assessment of the design and schedule of the project. These includes:
- Meetings that needs to take place based on the communication plan.
- Topics which needs to be discussed would require advanced planning and there needs to be documentation for all attendees during the meeting.
Quality assurance during change management includes following:
- Procedures and schedules that needs to be followed in order to conduct several change management meetings and the same needs to be shared among all.
- The agenda for all of the people attending the meetings needs to be distributed to all of the attendees so they have an idea beforehand about the meeting and the things that are to be discussed.
Testing is done in order to assure the quality of the project and the same is done for the following:
- Results of the tests are recorded and any bugs are figured out and corrective actions are also planned.
- Testing criteria for the software must be discussed beforehand and the same needs to be sent to the testers before procedures for test is started.
- Testing for software needs to be performed considering usage, data aspects and features.
- Documentation: The website needs to have detailed documentation that covers manuals, guides and supporting documents.
- Financial checks: Cost variance regarding the development project needs to be ascertained using the EVM method.
- Scheduled checks: Also similar to financial checks, the schedule checks regarding the development project needs to be ascertained using the EVM method.
- Deliverables: The project includes multiple deliverables which includes a due date that has been assigned. Submission of these deliverables is based on the due date as well as the contents contained within the deliverables needs to be evaluated as well (Harvey & Huber, 2016).
- Open issues: Any presence of issues, open defects and conflicts if any must not be present in the project (Zidane, Johansen & Ekambaram, 2015).
