The graph shows the data given by Brexit. This shows the amount of growth in the digital marketing through the social platforms from the year 2015 to the year 2018.
The general idea that was available from this data is that UK could not really control the increase in the number of users using the digital marketing service. This was mainly because people are very much associated with the usage of the social media platforms like the Face book, twitter and many other such platforms. As per as the survey carried by the world of the internet, the people in the UK, US and also the customers are the ones who spend a huge amount on the online advertisements.
The significant area is the large scale popularity of the facebook users. This is because facebook seems to be one of the most user friendly and easy methods of checking out the advertisement of the different products. There were many new advertisements coming upon the news feeds of the face book accounts.
The trend is an increase in the number of people using the social media as a platform for making the online transactions and using this opportunity, the biggest social media sites are trying to gain a monopoly power.
The data mainly shows that the rate of users of the digital advertisements will be increasing day by day. About 50percent of the population in UK will be getting access to the smart phones. This means that those people will be getting easy and free access to the usage of the online marketing transactions as well.

The decision that was taken by the UK in context of leaving the EU has many unlikely effects on the web marketing and the digital marketing. The decision that was taken by the UK of leaving EU had a great negative impact on the economy. The value of pounds also decreased. For those who were marketers, the digital marketing or the web content designing were the main building blocks. The main aim was to make Britain as a world leader. They also wanted to remove all the obstructions in between the various countries of the European union and the also wanted to promote the digital marketing for the pan European region. The digital single markets were of a very strong business purpose as they had the potential of about 415 million sterling pounds but with this instant decision of separating from the EU, there is a big doubt about the fact whether it will be able to derive the benefits, as it is no longer part of the EU.
There are threats from the entrance of new competitive firms. One such is Google. This has a huge potential of giving a very tough competition in the field of digital marketing and advertising. Google is so powerful in this particular aspect that it has a monopoly power and it can control about 90prcent of the shares existing in the market.
This is still a very big question that what will be the effects of this reckless and abrupt decision. People are not really sure as to whether this decision will cause the digital hubs to wither away. This will also put a restriction on the inflow of the foreign talents that so long played a major role in the domain of the digital hub.

Once there was a group project and I was acting as the team lead. I had four members under my leadership. I knew that I have to deliver the presentation properly and earn good marks for myself and also my team. I was really working very hard but suddenly I fell ill. I could not give my 100percent effort for the first few days, I was asked to take a complete bed rest. I made up m y mind that some way or the other, I gave to make up for this loss. I stayed focussed and did not lose my hope and confidence in myself. I was very loyal to the company and I could not let this loss happen for my own sake. So, I worked very hard and prepared the presentation. Though I was feeling weak but I took proper medicines and did not lose hope. I was very dedicated to my company. The presentation went really well and I was appreciated by my boss and my team mates as well.
The efforts that I had put did not let me down at all. I was appreciated by all and my boss was really very happy. He also gave me a promotion due to my efforts.
I can realize that I am really very loyal to my organization and I never afford to lose the loyalty. I always make sure that I give all possible efforts from my end to promote the overall success of the company. This loyalty will surely help me in the long run to make sure that I am staying in the good books of the company.
Conclusion
So, I can conclude that I am very loyal to the company and I am also a very dedicated worker. I make sure to put forward all efforts that would help me stay true to all my responsibilities. However It is good to take the help of the teammates in such condition. I was sick and my teammates really wanted to help me but I refused the help and had done it all by myself. Had I taken the help from them, Then I could have managed the task properly and there would have been a sync and proper cooperation among me and my teammates.
