In this regard, it can be said that the problem statement that needs to be focused on is that of the business development manager. This is mainly because of the fact that the likelihood of solving the problem is poor as development managers have to deal with a number of barriers that can affect a particular project.
The scenario in this case is the selling of the fire alarm system. The target customers are the big companies who have big infrastructures and who make huge investments on the buildings and properties. Their need is a good system of fire alarm that will detect the smoke or fire if any of these exist in the building. This will keep the building safe and way from all the dangers of fire. They need this system in order to keep the building safe and secure from fire. The building has many floors and therefore if the fire catches on one floor, it will immediately spread on the other floors and it can cause life risk of the people staying in the building. The fire alarm will enable the people of the building to evacuate the building safely (Village et al., 2018). Currently they do not have any such arrangements of fire system like fire alarm or extinguisher. The in-charge of the floors takes responsibility of the same, which is not a feasible process. It happens during any rather short-circuit or any kind of technical glitch (Choplin & Vignal, 2016).
Problem Statement Prioritization Matrix
In such a scenario, the person concerned for the smooth running of the administration must look after the safety issues of the persons in the building and he must take steps to avoid such accidents in the future. The internal environment of the organization can be improved by adopting a smooth system of fire alarm and extinguisher. The safety of the employees of the organization is the prime duty of the people of the organization. They must be protected as they are the pillars of the organization. If this is not done in future the reputation of the company can be spoiled. Apart from the employees the organization must consider the safety of their clients. The buildings that they construct for their clients must have the feature of fire alarm in order to ensure safety to the clients who are supposed to live inside the building. This would show the efficiency of the organization towards making good projects with innovative thoughts and good quality (Roizvi, 2015). Many builders do not think about the safety of their clients. They are only concerned about the profits. This would enable the organization to achieve short-term goals. This would not enable the company to make progress in the future and to achieve the long-term goals. In order to survive in the market and in order to make a good reputation in the market the organization must think about the safety of the clients and they must think about the advanced design in order to survive in the competitive world. The organization must always consider these facts (Bodolica, Spraggon & Shahid, 2018).
The ones who make the purchase or affect the purchase decision are the clients of the organization. The clients of the organization usually are those who want to invest in properties and the ones who want to have big offices in big buildings and who want to have luxurious homes in which they dwell. The organization has huge chain of customers who are huge investors and they are in demand of innovative buildings that will leave a mark on the country. Many people use the service directly and other clients who approach the company through any third-party agent or the brokers. The maximum clients of the company are the ones who are willing to build big shopping malls and the remarkable buildings of Dubai. The company invests in existing businesses or the other forms of joint ventures with the leading establishments to promote local manufacturing. The other stakeholders of the company are the clients making business in healthcare, metals, engineering industries that include the equipment and machinery, the electronics and the electrical equipment’s (Badah, 2014).
Scenarios and Task Analysis
The stakeholders who use the products and the services daily are the entrepreneurs who intend to establish innovative and huge buildings. This includes the investors of the shopping malls. The retailer of the equipment and machinery industry is also the direct stakeholders of the company. The retailers who have electrical shops and electronic manufacturing industry are the direct clients of the company (Wippel, Bromber & Krawietz, 2016). The company sometimes works in joint venture. The parties those are involved in the joint venture turns out to be the direct client of the company. The company keeps a regular follow-up session with the clients. They offer the best service to their clients in terms of quality as well as quantity (Argawal, 2015).
The management and the employees are the biggest stakeholders who needs to store and maintain the products. The management should look after the betterment of the products of the company. Clients are the actual reason for setting up a company. The products and the services are the means through which the attention of the customers can be grabbed and they can be made happy. It is possible to grab the market only through quality products and services. If the company fails to maintain the quality of the products and the services it might lose many potential customers. This is the reason the company must maintain the products. Apart from this the employees must offer their loyalty towards the company in order to offer best services. The honesty and the hard-working nature of the employees enable a company to achieve the organizational goals. This would allow both the employees and the management to achieve their common goals (AlEid, 2015).
The stakeholders who are affected by the use of the products and services are the ones are the one who found fault with the quality of the product of the company. In the past, many accidents have been noticed in many buildings where due to the lack of proper fire system many people who was living in the building had to lose their lives. The fire caught in the entire building due to short-circuit and it got spread within few seconds in the entire building. This major accident happened in one of the malls in Dubai. Due to lack of fire alarm, not all knew the news of the circuit and the people who were there in the mall could not take the preventive measure. This was an instance where the stakeholders were affected (Al Bakri, 2014).

The product attributes that can be developed for the proper implementation of the fire system includes developing the product in a manner so that accidents are minimised. It has been seen in the scenario that due to lack of protective elementsthe fire system could not be outsourced effectively. The inability to generate the fire system in an effective manner is mainly due to the lack of modern technology. One of the most important technologies that have been developed in the fire system of Emaar Company is the fact that it had introduceddigital analysis of the situation and an automated start-stop button. This is an effective innovation in this department mainly because of the fact that in case of any fire, the systems can respond effectively. Other features include sound system that can help in alerting the people in the case of any emergencies. However, this one feature needed to be developed on a low scale more. This is because Emaar Company failed to device the proper sound of the system that can be effective for the hearing of the people. In this regard, the stakeholders can be analysed so that the development of the product and its effectiveness can be analysed.
The stakeholder analysis of Emaar Company showed that the main stakeholders of the company include employees. The company have collaboration with mall owners, health care facilities and other retail shops. These places are provided with the updated fire system for the safety of the building and the people. Hence, they form the main stakeholders of the company and the investment made by these people account for conducting a proper analysis of the products. Thus, the fire system can help in identifying the potential and important stakeholders of the company.
