The project is based on implementation of management information system (MIS) which is such a system that collects in addition processes of data and provides to the manager at all levels to make of decisions, plan, program implementation as well as control. The MIS is comprised of components to gather, manipulate, and along with disseminate the data and information. The selected organization for this study is France Vacance UK based Travel Company that has no website so that they are handling of booking activities manually. This particular report analyzed the project management plan, quality management plan, and risk management plan and procurement management into the selected organization.
The activities of the project management plan are scope, resource allocation, schedule, budget, project assumptions and constraints and project deliverables. The plan is approved documents which defines that the project is executed on time, monitored and controlled (Kerzner & Kerzner, 2017). It provides detailed summary of the schedule and budget the project takes to complete as per business requirements of Travel Company to develop of MIS.
The scope of this project work is to implement of computerized booking framework, which contains information on the accessibility of information with client database and secured connections. The project plan is based on development of internet services to its consultancy company called, E-con.

The project constraints are that the project is to be completed within scheduled time and budget. The project is also delivered as per the business requirements of the travel company, France Vacance. Change into the business transformation are being implemented and managed as per the business functions.
Assumptions into the project are that the project deliverables along with project activities are needed to carry out properly so as to successfully implement MIS. All the project deliverables should be delivered on time. There are proper coordination among the project team members and project manager.
The deliverables of this project are as follows:

- Implementation plan based on business requirements
The quality management plan defines acceptable level of the project quality that is being defined by the customers and it also describes how the project ensures to provide of good quality level of products and services. The activities of this plan ensures that the products are built are of better quality with meeting business requirements and organizational standards. The work processes are to be performed and it is documented (Fleming & Koppelman, 2016). The plan is applied to deliverables of project along with the work processes.

Conclusion
It is concluded that project management plan is required within the organization to identify the schedule and budget along with resources for the project those are involved to complete the plan on estimated time. The project manager performs a risk management plan to identify the risks and mitigate those risks before it provides a bad impact on the plan. The procurement management plan is used to identify the products those are required to complete the implementation processes of MIS. Quality management plan helps to plan a better quality of products which are required for development of internet services into the travel company.
