Project leadership helps all the managers to solve all the problems that are encountered within the team from various perspectives and in fulfilling all the expectations. Procedures for managing self managed teams for agile projects will be covered in the report briefly. Managing teams in different organizations encounters a huge number of obstacles which will be described properly (AKKAYA & YAZICI, 2020). The reader mainly expects the importance of leadership in managing the team within the organization when the team is facing problems in terms of communication.

The main reason for choosing democratic leadership style over other types of styles is that democratic leadership in Qasi Communications Inc is used in placing high values on various types of team diversity and knowledge skills. Project managers mostly in the organizations are good listeners who listen to the problems and help in implementing the wisdom to the team that has to offer. This type of leadership style is mostly applied to almost all of the organizations (Asbari, Santoso & Prasetya, 2020). The main advantages of democratic ;leadership styles are to bring more of the viewpoints and help in solving problems quite efficiently. There needs to be a strong and clear vision for building the team more properly. The democratic leadership mainly tends to focus more on quality and taking proper guidance and control. In accomplishing the project objectives, most of the team mates play an important role in making proper decisions by means of extensive discussions and brainstorming activities. Democratic leadership helps in solving complicated problems and it largely benefits the organization. It properly encourages both subordinates and leaders in decision making procedures. Most of the democratic leaders allow most of the employees to participate in company’s decisions. The democratic leaders with an efficient and productive workforce helps in maintaining consistency and in the decision making process.

The overall work quality needs to be properly monitored and the deadlines need to be fulfilled by the team. In achieving tangible results traditional and simplest methods are the effective development in most of the projects. Most of the organization implemented the technique in planning most of the simple tasks in setting planned and actual deadlines. Tasks for the teams need to be properly prioritized according to dependencies.

Waterfall Technique
Waterfall technique is one of the prime techniques which is dependent on most of the management works. As a project manager of QCI , it is the main duty to control all tasks in a more organized way prior to completion (Mordi & Schoop, 2020). The waterfall method is used in controlling the task flow in a sequential way. The team projects are properly monitored with the help of technique and the steps are totally accountable in confirming the process is totally seamless without worries and challenges. The waterfall method is one of the prime methods for which development phases are required in delivering a successful project and a rigid work structure is important.
Agile Project Management Techniques
Agile project management method is one of the main tools that deals with the project in quite a different way. The approach is quite effective and adaptive planning required in the project for gaining a proper shape. The activities result in solid improvements prior to the main development stage and in producing the probable results. The team produces more collaborative teams. The different levels of work structure are highly accurate in most of the difficult situations mainly in planning procedures.
Rational Unified Process
Rational Unified process is an important tool where the development team needs to work on and the team is to be benefitted from the process and best results are possible (Bushuyeva, Bushuiev & Bushuieva, 2019). The process is almost like the waterfall method and there is a slight change for the overall betterment of the project and is taken from most of the users. It is one of the advanced techniques for detecting the longest path for all types of planning activities. The main requirements of the project change according to sequential forms. The critical path method is used for almost all of the complex projects and has various types of tasks.
Five main types of power to motivate the team members of Qasi Communications Inc are mainly “Reward Power”, “Persuasive power” , “Informational Power”, “Legitimate Power” and “Situational Power”
“Reward Power”
As a project manager to motivate all team members to work specifically for receiving rewards. The criteria will be properly crystal clear for everyone present in the team.
“Persuasive Power”
Persuasive power helps the team members in making them properly convinced about the team goals. The idea is to persuade them to behave in the way that is to be achieved easily.
“Informational Power”
The power of collecting and gathering information that is related to a project. In the digital era, it is highly crucial to use all types of information appropriately. All project details are collected and counted for the project success.
“Legitimate Power”
Legitimate power is given to all the project managers that they are working on properly. The organization is in complete team charge and specifically used in appraisals and mainly on compensation.

“Situational Power”
Situational power is provided to all the project managers and motivates the members of the team. The manager at times needs to make decisions according to a certain situation (Mordi & Schoop, 2020). The pertinent problems that most of the team members face is during a crisis , there is power that usually comes from protecting the team from all types of crisis. There are certain risks like being unable to complete the project within a stipulated deadline. According to the risks, managers take decisions which contribute to the success of the project.
Developing self managed teams of Qasar Communications Inc are mainly as follows:
- Providing adequate guidance from all of the team members.
- Sufficient training is provided to all the employees of the projects of QCI.
- Team roles need to be properly developed according to decision making activities.
- Employees must be driven with decisions and act as the main norms.
Discussion of Viability
The project is viable for the entire team of Qasi Communications Inc. The project team of QCI requires a project manager to guide them from all types of obstacles. Employee driven decisions are the prime rules that are to be developed in Agile projects (Reza, 2019). Employees are responsible for the project to work and require specific employees over main initiatives and tasks according to the expertise. The group of employees mainly assumes to be highly responsible for controlling and supervising services. The five main stages of team developments are forming, performing , storming, adjourning and norming. The provided ideas are viable for the entire team.
Tools and techniques to manage communication methods are communication technology , project reportings, meetings , team skills and communication skills.
Communication Technology
The project managers would give more focus to communication and it is the main key to success of the project. In ensuring proper communication among the team members, there needs to be use of technology in the project management.
Project Reportings
In managing communication outside of the project group , there are aspects like preparing and exceptions plans as per requirements. Project reportings involve monitoring and planning of projects within the structure (Mordi & Schoop, 2020). There are exertions plans in controlling the risks of the projects and for managing exception plans.
Meetings
Proper communication is one of the main major components in managing projects. It helps in creating trusts from start of the project to finish of the project. It helps all the members of the team to get properly aligned to the main goals (Gunsberg et al 2018). Project meetings help both managers and team members in discussing main problems and in formulating solutions in creating good relationships among all the team members. It helps in saving precious time in avoiding frustrations in terms of proper planning. Project meetings help in sharing views and solutions that are to be built along the project.
Team Skills
Good team communication skills are connected with assigning tasks and in solution to the problems. Managers and team members take time to properly communicate in finding tye solutions to the problems (Dawson,et al 2021). The tasks are assigned to all the team members and it saves a lot oif time and money. Active listening and non verbal communications are the main skills for most of the project teams.

The project managers require certain specific skills to be successful and to become well vested in controlling the obstacles and challenges that are presented to the team.Teamwork requires brand and ensures collaborations for success in the entire team. It is highly important to solve the obstacles and hurdles that needs to be managed in working as a team.
- The role of the project managers is to motivate the entire team and to collaborate well together in achieving proper goals. The situation requires learning of new skills that are presented to the team (Schwiertz, 2021). Teamworks helps in various situations and it requires collective branding and in managing the project management challenges. The collaboration of the main group of employees helps in tackling the problems and challenges which is one of the main important solutions for managing the whole team.

It is to be concluded that democratic leadership has a high value mainly on types of skills, leadership styles and team diversity. A lot of project tools and agile techniques will be used in solving the problems of the team. Project managers are highly responsible both for directing, planning and organizing in completing the project on time and within scope.
