Project management is considered to be an efficient method that helps in making a new change in a company in a methodical form. In this study, the importance of project management has been mentioned. The reason behind adoption of project management has been mentioned in the study. It has been also mentioned in the study regarding the analysis of impact of project management upon the stakeholders. Justification of major elements of project management has been also mentioned in the study.
Strategic alignment
According to Mir and Pinnington (2014, p.202), strategic alignment is considered to be a beneficial reason for adopting project management strategies. In respect to a company, for getting new ideas to implement in the activities, project management gets adopted. Project management plan helps in strategically align activities that can efficiently help in meeting the demand of a company.
Leadership
Project management also facilitates in leading a company that can help in meeting the demand of a company. A proper leadership helps avoiding internal conflict that can help in meeting the project objective. It is also important to mention that project management helps in leading activities efficiently that can help in efficiently meeting company’s demand.
Clear Focus and objectives
As stated by Todorovi? et al. (2015, 772), project management helps in getting a particular goals and objective for meeting the demands of a company. It is important to mention that the feature of clear focus in project management can help in efficiently perform goals-focused activities in a company. It is also important to mention the clear objectives and staying focused helps in getting maximum outcome from the activity.

Thus, companies use to utilize the project management process in order to meet the demands of a company and get the execution of a plan for a company to get successfully done.
Strategic alignment
According to Too and Weaver (2014, p.1382), for a company, the stakeholders are needed to get informed regarding adoption of project management so that it can help in meeting the demands of a company. According to Svejvig and Andersen (2015), the project management activities by the internal stakeholders of a company can create issues for the company. Requirements
Requirements are also belongs to the same category of the project management phase, that can help in meeting the demands of a company. The project management requirements is the part of planning process where the requirements of manpower and machine power for executing the project gets sorted out.

Thus, it is clear that the project management process should be performed with quality by the internal stakeholders of a company.
Risk
The risk, as pointed out by Budayan et al. (2015, p.94), is another aspect that is always gets associated with the project management process. The risk of project management is the factors that put negative affect over the progress of project management activities. However, the project management activities always have the risk management which resolves the risks that gets created in the performance of project management.
Ethics
In project management process, ethics maintenance is an important factor of element. The ethics are the guidelines which the project management follows in order to get a project done properly. It is also important to mention that the ethics are the factors that help in increasing the demand of a company.
Governance
According to Mir and Pinnington (2014, p.202), the governance is also considered to be the method of controlling the activities and project management. The governance is also supposed to get resolving issues and risks, that can help in mitigating the issues, if gets created in a company.

Usually, the work breakdown structure gets created by a project manager in order to create a detailed plan of activities following which the whole project management activities will get executed. The main aim of the work break down structure is that it helps a project manager and to the project managing team to get understand regarding the accurate project details that has be carried on in future. The WBS also helps in increasing the concentrate each and every team member to increase its aspects of operation efficiently.
Accurate responsibility
According to Hornstein (2015, p.291), WBS also helps in increasing the efficiency of the project by mentioning the project responsibility. In the planning stage of project management, it is needed to allocate the responsibility of each and every team members with their respective responsibilities. The WBS helps in pointing at all responsibilities with allocated person in the WBS.
Indicates project cost
The WBS sometimes also indicates the project cost of each and every step of performance that helps to het idea regarding a particular project. The management of performance can get done accordingly, by getting an idea regarding the expenses that can get incurred in every steps of performance of a project management.
Illustrate project scope
In WBS, illustration of activity of project scope also gets displayed. In the project scope, it is important for a project manager to present the WBS in order to meet the demands of the project management. It is also important to mention that the wide scope of the project management can help in motivating the project team members efficiently.
Conclusion
In this study, it is found that strategic alignment is considered to be a beneficial reason for adopting project management strategies. Quality and control is another beneficiary factor in adopting project management in a company. It is also found in the study that the project management requirements are the part of planning process where the requirements of manpower and machine power for executing the project gets sorted out.
