Learning Contract and Its Importance
The learning is raised when an individual will be undertaking self activities for the different sources which is connected with the study in a meaningful manner. It is basically the social and interactive, presenting challenges which should overcome. The project design will help in providing the opportunity for engaging in learning, applying the ideas and knowledge and the theory of practice to support the learning in any professional field (Saunders and Hutson 2012). It is seen that the self learning both takes place inside and outside the classes. So it is essential for the individuals to get participated in different activities which are useful in project placement and designing to be done in an analytical and coherent way.
A learning contract is defined as the document which is expected to be developed and recovered from an individual who will be working on any work based project. The learning contract should be setting out the parameters for the activities which an individual should be able to undertake it in order to meet the assessment criteria.
It is seen that the importance of planning could not be justified in the HR career whenever on plans will always be assured for gaining a better position. This is really important as he HR profession for an individual is one of the most common module or area of management which is useful for the personal as well for the professional life of the individuals (Saunders and Hutson 2012). The competencies in the area of HR are required for surviving the individuals to be able to make their planning in this competitive business environment as well. I would like to select my career in the area of HR as there is always important in the selection of HR as one of the important ones which is useful for me to enhance my career. I would like to have motivation and self direction which could be obtained through the specific context of HR in my professional life as well. It is seen that the process of learning and the realization of self commitment, motivation and self direction is achieved through the simulation methods. This is basically the simulation of the real world experience where the professional is to be conducted so that the real life goals to be set and it should be implemented in a proper manner. The simulation I often found to be an important tool which has facilitated the organizations in the development of the experiential learning environments by which I can be able to solve my issues in the context of HR management.
Skills Required for Starting a Career in HR
Thus it should be through simulation, that I will be able to facilitate the identification and the improvement of the skills and abilities. This could be possible through the realization of the different groups of individuals by acquiring and developing understanding of the people and self. This realization will help me enhance my leadership and communication skills which are very important in the career of HR. These could be the main sills which are really useful for me to adopt for performing and starting my career as HR professional (Larsen 2017). This could be achieved when I will be able to have real time project experience and manage the experiences of reality by working with the team members in any HR related project. The communication, time management and the leadership skills are the most important sills which will help me develop my confidence over the society as well in the HR field (Larsen 2017). It is seen that through simulation I could be able to build confidence and will be able to function much more efficiently and the other stakeholders present in the industry as well. With the help of simulation, I should be able to identify my weaknesses and strengths and this will help me to improve my leadership, communication and the time management skills into the self management goals. It is by far the realization of the goals that my efforts should be beneficial for the entire organization and the HR professional as a whole. It is obvious that for starting a career in the HR profession I need to be initiating and preparing to face some challenges in my profession. This should be facilitated by acquiring negotiation and the bargaining skills which should be pertinent for the profession as well.
The skills are basically defined as the qualities which are acquired by the individuals in order to start the professional career in any field. In this study the individual would like to start career as the HR profession so there are certain skills required by an individual to develop the understanding of how the career should be developed and sustained as the HR profession (Saunders and Hutson 2012). The most important skills which are required for the individual to develop and start its career as HR profession could be the time management, leadership, decision making, motivational and leadership skills to be developed. The leadership skills makes the individuals to be able to lead and make the team members to be able to lead and control the project and manage any problems related with any real time project to be evaluated as well (Laycock and Stephenson 2013). The communication is also one of the most important sills which need to be acquired by an individual before starting its career as the HR profession. The individual should have the active listening as well the string verbal communication skills which could be useful in communicating with the stakeholders involved in the business (Laycock and Stephenson 2013). The communication helps in developing the strong relationships with the stakeholders involved in the business organizations where the individual should be able to communicate effectively and efficiently with the team members along with the other stakeholders involved in the business. The decision making is dependent on the self assessment done by an individual and have the experience in completing complex projects. It is seen that for starting profession in HR, the individual need to have strong decision making skills for taking effective recruitment and selection decisions by making the business organizations to be able to retain and hire the most talented individuals. The motivational skill is also useful in motivating and providing engagement of the team members associated with the project to be realized. The developments of these skills are important for me to be able to facilitate and collaborate with the different types of stakeholders involved in my profession (Laycock and Stephenson 2013). These skills will be definitely helping me to realize my current goals in my career which is based within the HR profession. The justification of the learning contract is linked with the efficacy which has helped me to look at my present abilities and will be projecting them in the future by improving on these skills as well.
Simulation as a Method of Experiential Learning
As I have chosen HR as the profession in my career, I need to rely on what I should be learning if I start my career as HR professional. First of all I need to learn that how I will be able to identify individual having the greatest taken in them who could be able to understand the requirements and have the potential of understanding the organizational goals. As the HR profession I could be able to lead my team in a positive way. I could be able to inspire and motivate my team members and other stakeholders involved in the business to provide net for the organization where I will be starting my career as HR profession. I should have the experience of handling and completing some of the major management projects related to the field of HR and has the potential of analyzing the HR problems through the cases studies and peer review of literature which I have judged it. I also learnt how I will be self assessing in taking effective decisions.
The chosen method is simulation. I have been selected simulation as the method of experiential learning as I have the ability to promote practical learning and team spirit. In addition, the simulation I have chosen as the method of learning for myself as this will be facilitating me to get involved in real practical work related with HR profession. This will help me acquire my inquiry and practical skills which will be useful in practicing me in the work life scenario. Thus, simulation will be really helping me in the development of the recognition and improve my performance as well. This simulation method will also help me to improve my current skills and knowledge of starting myself as HR profession. This results in providing me the knowledge and the skills and the confidence which will help me to be able to fulfill the learning method which should be realized by the participating in the teams, researching and taking the feedbacks of the peers and seniors and taking part in various discussions as well.
The objectives are basically the predetermined goals which are useful for an individual to be able to fulfill it. The predetermined goals should be the development of the certain skills which are not at par for the individual and they are needed in order to start career as HR profession for the individual as well (Falchikov 2013). The objective is to develop the leadership and the communication skills in order to complete a HR related project which is given. It is also seen that there is also the objective of improving the time management and decision making skills in order to complete a project and start the career as HR profession as well (Jackson Sibson and Riebe 2014). The development and the implementation of the activities which should be targeted to be achieved by the individuals in the designing and placement of a project related with the HR field.
Objectives of the Project
The project is all about designing a training program for the supervisors by the line manager. This project is going to be started as the experience for me by which I could be able to start my career as HR professional. So the project portfolio should be containing the skills audit and the target dates along with the achievement of the objectives set and how the objectives should be met (Lent 2013). The skills audit and the activity completion are produced in the form, of portfolio so that this project will become successful for the individual want to start the career as HR professional. The skills audit and the activity completion table are explained below

It is very much important there is the need of the time to be managed for each and every activity for the placement or the designing of any project. The time needs to be managed so that each of the activities could be completed within the time period set. Time is useful in evaluating the tasks to be completed for a project (Auckland 2012). The reason behind is that the time will help in planning and for avoiding the failure as this will be focusing on the attainment of the goals (Anderson Boud and Sampson 2014). It is also seen that the time is important as this will help in setting out plans in completion of a project. There is always a need of developing a proper timescale for the prioritizing of a work and for achieving the aims of the tasks. Thus, it is said that the time management in this learning contract should be assessed on a weekly basis to see that if it has been learnt in a week is completed before the time. The project design is basically the development of training program for the supervisors in XYZ Company which is done by the line manager.

The evidence of learning which should be introduced for this area of research or for this project of designing training program for the supervisors should be the project log. It should also be the tutor feedback, skills audit as well the Gantt chart for the scheduling of the activities for this project to be completed before time.
Conclusion
From the study it is evident that the learning contract is an essential document which is useful in the self assessment of the activities done by that individual. It should be clearly specifying the criteria which need to be developed so that the individuals starting a project would become successful. It is concluded that for the development and designing any work based project the self reflection and the timetable needs to be generated.
