Strategic Plan of AusEd
The project report is based on AusEd, which provides of online education into Information technology and business to the students all over the world. AusEd is being committed towards learning. The organization decides to make improvement in its network infrastructure so that they can provide education more efficiently (Marino et al., 2015). The strategic plan of organization is to increase of income by diversification of the funding sources. The second plan is to minimize the cost for the non-core activities, which support of operations as well as technological development. The management of AusEd is decided for reviewing the existing information technology infrastructure which can increase demand for the better services for staffs as well as students (Robert et al., 2015). The AusEd study centers are offered of student’s computer as well as work stations, supports of the staffs for assisting of the academic enquiries, multimedia meeting with the areas with the start of art for the video conferencing facilities, along with the tutorial meetings with the rooms which are available for the study groups. Through the online education, the student is engaged with the students as well as staffs for interaction.
The existing system of AusEd is consists of accounting system which are running of proprietary MYOB software, customer relationship management system which is used of open source SugarCRM software, as well as email system which is based on the Microsoft Exchange Server 2007. The organization decides to make technological development into their organization in order to achieve of its strategic objectives such as there is development of ad-on to Moodle so that the students can able to maintain personal computers, local databases of the Moodle discussion forums (Combellas & Johnston, 2016). Therefore, the first scope is to develop of off-line Moodle. Second scope is to develop of add-on to Moodle so that the student can complete exams on the personal computers. This two business context is taken into considerations as people are used of mobile devices for accessing the internet includes of learning purposes. Therefore offline Moodle is continued to develop as well as enhance of the mobile application for increasing the learner’s experiences and classroom to access of the mobile devices (Dasgupta, Vasseur & Mermoud, 2018). AudED is decided to develop Moodle offline as they can commute from the home to university, work into locations where they can access to the internet connections. Moodle Offline allows the students to synchronize with Moodle server and work with the offline client to provide access to the course materials as well as other learning activities. There is photo exam which are taking of photographed at regular intervals by means of the computer’s on-board camera (Wang et al., 2015). The photographs are to be taken which includes of reliable timestamp as well as kept securely which are transferred to the central locations when it is established of the internet connection.
Existing Information Technology Infrastructure of AusEd
The accounting information system can track of the income as well as expenses of the AusEd. The system is used to track the requirements of the company with detailed reports of the accounts which are receivable as well as work-in-progress. The accounting system is provided of managerial reports, financial statements, reports which are prepared for the outsiders and information for file the tax returns (Rye & Beverly, 2017). The organization can use of accounting system which should provide of information related to the overhead expenses as well as sales commissions. The system helps to understand the business processes, structure of organization along with information system. CRM system is focused on the business services of AusED on how the business can able to achieve of the excellence into the customer relations. It is developed to provide of effective as well as efficient service processes to the customers (Faggiani et al., 2014). It is assumed that the accounting system is helped to increase productivity to keep the data with minimum hassle and it eliminates of paperwork. It also reduces the monthly expenses of AusEd with improvement of accuracy of the study center. There is also higher value of security as the company is provided of secured information of clients with better store the personal details as well as accounting records in password protected.
CRM system helps the online education organization to recruit o right candidates and provide of better services to the customers with building of better and strong relationships. The educational institution is turned towards advanced technologies such that they can able to cater to increase their demand into effective way (Biswas et al., 2015). The CRM system helps AusEd to have inclusive perspective on the student’s requirements, collect of customer knowledge from the interaction phases of the students such as admission, fee payment, course conclusion as well as registration. There are number of facts which help AusEd to make educational trends such as increase into customer’s expectations, demand of schooling along with higher education, growing usage of the online education, new business models to emerge from other countries and design of student lifecycle (Aggarwal et al., 2014). CRM system is such type of software applications which are used to automate as well as manage the communications with the student as well as staffs. The information of customers are such as name of customer, gender, educational background, email, marketing materials, social media in addition to other information from various communicational channels (Everett, Sahai & Sabharwal, 2014). The customer’s interaction is being tracked by CRM. The CRM system is being utilized with driver’s faster service. It helps to identify the trends that become feedback for the marketing, admission and departments which are included into the business process.

The proposed network infrastructure is consisted of hardware as well as software resources which are enabled the network connectivity, communications, operations as well as management of the network. It is provided of communicational path along with services among the users, processes, services and also external network. The networking hardware is used while designing the physical devices that are required for the purpose of communication as well as interaction among the devices on the computer network (Everett, Sahai & Sabharwal, 2014). There are list of hardware for the IT network infrastructure such as:
Wireless Access Point: It is a networking hardware which allows of Wi-Fi device for connection to the wired network. Access point (AP) is connected to the router as a standalone devices and it is considered as integral component of the router (Dasgupta, Vasseur & Mermoud, 2018). The AP is connected to the wired local area network such as Ethernet as well as AP is provided of wireless connection by use of wireless LAN technology.
Firewall: It is a piece of hardware which is put on the network for prevention of communication. It is used to maintain security of the private network. It blocks of unauthorized access to and from the private network (Combellas & Johnston, 2016). It employs to prevent from the unauthorized web. Mainly, the firewall is established of barrier among the trusted, secured internal network as well as outside network like internet which is assumed not to be secured and trusted.
Network address translator: It is a hardware which can convert of internal to external network addresses. It is enabled of Private IT network which is used for unregistered IP addresses for connection to the internet (Biswas et al., 2015). It is operated on the router, and also translates of the private address into the internal network into the legal addresses before the packets are forwarded to the network.
The global economy is considered an unsustainable path. In order to build the IT network infrastructure, the organization should achieve of sustainable global economy. The networks are value as well as developed of culture of support which is effective as well as sustainable to use of IT resources. There is strong leadership which facilitate of supportive relationship which are required to create of sustainable network (Aggarwal et al., 2014). Sustainability network is included of system users those can benefit from the services which are created of basic sustainability profiles. The user sustainability profiles are required throughout the entry points such as direct to the sustainability of network infrastructure, included of network partners to collect of required data into offline field. It helps the administrators to understand the networking required to virtual environment along with build of network infrastructure which improves of performance (Wang et al., 2015). The IT network plan is environment specific as if the situation calls for 10 physical hosts with the 100 virtual machines running into pooled environment, then the system engineer is required to understand the infrastructure of network to be complex. In the physical server environment, there are issues which are resolved around resources management that are resolved by resource isolation.
