Self-assessment identifies weakness and strength of people. I have the desire of becoming a successful bookkeeper in future. It is for this reason that I have taken many self-assessment tests. The results of these tests have helped me to gain a clear idea about my areas of improvement. I have faced some problems in taking the right decision at the right moment. This can turn out to be a severe threat for me in the future. A successful bookkeeper has to be self-confident and take many decisions within a very short span of time. I have to work with a huge team and make sure that there are a collaboration and proper understanding among my teammates.
I have conducted regular meetings during the entire course of the teamwork. This has helped me and my fellow team members to know each other closely. I have also been able to learn many new ideas and innovative techniques from my team members through the process of knowledge sharing. However, I will have to work over my decision-making skills. As I gain experience I will be promoted to higher levels in the management and need to take up more responsibility. So, I will have to work over my domain knowledge.

As per the opinion of my teammates, I need to work on my decision-making skills. As my past work experiences did not require any such instant decision-making skills, I am not really much well versed in the same. I have done my diploma in the field of commerce. Finance and accounts are crucial for the .organizational operations. The old traditional manual methods of calculation often makes the finance and accounts departments work slow. I want to increase my knowledge of the modern technological and technical methods of calculations. I have a very good experience in working with my team. Creating an online professional profile has been helpful for me and my team as well. I was appointed as the team leader and I made sure that I am supporting each and every team member. Conclusion
So, it can be concluded that teamwork helps to develop personal careers. It must be a responsibility of each and every school to teach their students the advantages of working in a team. I have also been able to make a list of my good qualities from the feedbacks shared by my teammates. I will try to work more over the areas of my weakness and try to make sure that I am nurturing my strengths. I also take a look over the feedbacks shared by my teammates while preparing and following my action plan. In the modern day scenario, the bookkeeping industry can no longer survive on the traditional and the manual methods of calculations. So, I have to develop myself in the modern technological method of calculation that is followed by most of the modern leading companies.
