Developing Professional and Technical Skills in Engineering
I am a student of Software Engineering. However, in developing my career in the field of Engineering I would be required to make improvements in my professional and technical skills that are related to the Engineering sector. However, throughout the journey of my entire student life, I have noticed different positive and negative aspects that are required to develop a career in the sector of Engineering. Therefore, I aim to recover all the Negative factors that restrict my way of success. I am applying for scheduling this study session.
I think while involved in this module I would be able to make improvements in my skill of Engineering with the support of expert guidance. The involvement of the proper monitoring facility would help me to analyze my ineffectiveness in different aspects of software engineering skills. The evaluation of the proper monitoring period would also help me to rectify all the issues that are associated with my skill of professionalism. The impact of the concerning situation would help me to gain more knowledge on the aspects of developing a career in the sector of software engineering.
However, throughout the entire ESE module session, I have noticed that communication skill is considered one of the greatest aspects of developing a career in any kind of organizational context. However, during the entire course, I felt that my Communications scheme is one of the positive factors that helps me to develop my career opportunities. Though I was required to make more improvements in my Transferable and Reflection skills while communicating with others. I think this will help me to make a more professional impression in front of the stakeholders (Sainz, Ferrero and Ugidos, 2019). The concerned station would help me enough to make more development in the skill of professionalism. The expert guidance food helps me to develop my approach to my reflective abilities.
Identifying and building the factors that are associated with Employability are considered as the biggest aspect of developing a career in the software engineering field. However, it is a must required to understand the factors that are associated with the organization and employability. The entire Course work helped to develop my skill through the support of high employability aspects. It also helped me to make more development in the factors that I can consider as my positive organizational skills (Bay, 2020). Therefore it also evaluated the professional attitude that is required by an employee for making development in the organizational aspects. However, during the entire Course work, I also noticed the way of developing the skill of employability assets of a business organization. The proper training system and support of effective teamwork to make more improvement in the skill of employability during the entire Course work (Bak, Jordan and Midgley, 2019). Moreover, as I have mentioned before, my communication skill of mine is one of my positive organizational skills, therefore it also helps me to make more improvements in the skill of employability. How you got the sales motivational approach also helps to improve the employability skill of a person (Qader et al., 2021). Therefore, I tried different Approaches that helped me to develop the self-motivational aspect evaluating my skill of professionalism. However, throughout the entire journey of the course work I have learnt that the proper employability behaviour helps a Business organization to make improvements in the working performance of the employees. It also leaves a great impact on the factors that are associated with professionalism.
Negative Factors towards Career Success
The entire course session helped me to know the factors that can help a business organization for ensuring the employability aspects. Throughout the entire course session, I have learnt the following factors that can help me to make development in the employability skill in my working organization. The factors that are associated with employability can be developed while measuring the soft skills of an employee of the business organization (Benkraiem et al., 2021). The opinion of the external advisors supports making improvements in the aspects of employability skills of a business organization. The supporter of the social media platform also helps to improve the employability aspects of a business organization. Therefore while explaining the fast working experiences or the past evaluation and aspects of business organization to the employees it will also help the business organization to make more improvements.
However, while analyzing the previously discussed factors I think I can make more improvements in the factors that are associated with the employability audit or ensuring the employability skills of a business organization (Ali et al., 2020). However, while being a student of Computer Engineering I have enough knowledge in information technological developing aspects. Therefore, it will also help me to make different strategic implementations that can help the organization to make more improvements in ensuring the employability aspects of the working sector.
As I have mentioned before, my communication aspect can be considered as one of my positive professional developing skills of mine therefore it will have a great impact on developing the employability aspects in my career. However, I have also mentioned previously that I have a lack of reflective attitude and Transferable skills therefore it might impact the working aspects. However, the support of the ESE module session would help me to analyze the factors for making improvements in my skill of reflectivity and transferability (Tindiwensi et al., 2020). The support of effective reflection skills helps to make understanding among the employees of business organizations. as a result it helps to analyze the objective of a Business goal among employees. Therefore it will help the employees to enhance their performance. According to the entire course session, I have noticed that the involvement of the proper listening approach will help to know the feelings and the Expectations of the employees therefore it will help me to walk according to the situational requirements (Sorakin-Balli et al., 2020). Therefore, according to the guidance That I have gained throughout the course work I came to know that simple terms of expressing requirements will help me to enhance my skill of reflective communication. Therefore, the involvement of the verbal and not nonverbal expression skill will help me to develop the skill of reflection. Therefore it is required to maintain that while communicating with others I must avoid unnecessary questions. However, while maintaining order these factors I can make development in the aspects of reflective communication skills. As a result, it will help me to develop the factors that are associated with the employability aspects of a business organization (Mazurchenko and Maršíková, 2019).
The Role of Proper Monitoring in Skills Development
Therefore throughout the entire station, I have also come to know that the implementation of the above-mentioned skills will help me to make more improvements in my skill of transformation. Therefore I must be required to represent myself as an ideal example toward the employees. This will help me to motivate the employees for making development in the business developing aspects (Yasin and Mustafa, 2020). The encouraging attitude toward the employees will also help to make developments in the performing aspects of the employees of a business organization. however, the involvement of all the above-mentioned factors will help to make developments in the employability aspects of business organizations (Sirotiak and Sharma, 2019). As a result, it will help to make more developments in the organizational performing aspects.
Being a student of Software engineering The involvement of effective communication and platform will help me to make development in the communicational aspects between each of the employees. As a result, it will help the organization to analyze the requirements of every employee. The involvement of different advanced communicating tools will also help us in making developments in the communicating aspects (Aksoy and Sa?lam, 2020). However, apart from the different social media platforms, I think a business organization must be required to deadlock some unique and personal communicating tools that can help the organizational management and the employees to communicate with each other. However, I think as I have experience in different computer programming languages, therefore this experience of mine will help me to generate a communicating platform that can establish the advanced communicating aspects among each of the employees (Santoso et al., 2021). Therefore it can be considered as one of my stands out from the crowd skill of performance development.
My past working experience of mine will also help me to develop in the working aspects. My experience will help me to develop the training and monitoring aspects for the new Organizational employees. Therefore, my past working experience Educational qualification which is associated with the computer application will also help me configure different problems that are associated with the computer system and the technological aspects of the business organization (Abe et al., 2021). Therefore, if the organization deals with any kind of challenges that are associated with information technology, my first experience will help to overcome the issues that are associated with the concerning matter. Therefore I also use all the latest Information technological aspects that will help the organization to overcome different challenges that are associated with my working aspects. As a result, it will help the organization to make impressive working aspects toward the internal and external stakeholders.
In my past working experience, I have worked as an IT staff in XXXX organization. Therefore I also worked in another company as an officer of the IT support team. These past two experiences of mine will help me to make more improvements in the organizational skills that I must require to maintain throughout my professional journey (Awaliyah, Taufiq and Hafina, 2019). However, I also have some knowledge in hardware computer operating systems and their applications. Therefore this knowledge of mine will also help me to support the business organization in the aspects of information technology skills. However, if the organization deals with any kind of obstacles that are associated with the networking issues and relieving software faults then my experience will support me to diagnose and also to provide a solution for overcoming the problem. Therefore I also think that my in-depth analysis and effective communication approach will also support the organization to make development in the customer care aspects of the organization (Claro and Loeb, 2019). As a result, it will generate a progressive imprint in the organizational evaluating aspects while knowing the requirements of the consumers. The training session that I have gone through in my previous Working organization will help me to make more improvements in my skill of working. However, a perfect IT employee must be required to know different languages for communicating with the internal and external stakeholders of the business organization. I can speak in English and also two different languages therefore it will also help the organization to enhance the communication aspects of the workplace (Afsaneh et al., 2019). Moreover, I think it will also provide an enormous impact on the organizational business development aspects.
Communication as a Key Aspect of Professionalism
However, I think I need to make more improvements in my decision-making skills. The skill of decision making is considered as one of the greatest aspects of developing the employability aspects of a business organization. The concerning course work would help me to know the factors that were associated with developing the skill of decision making. I think the proper analyzing skill and knowing the perspective of the other will impact my decision making aspects of mine. Therefore, I have also felt a lack of time management skills in myself (Essayli et al., 2018). Throughout my previous experiences, I have learnt that the involvement of these short term working goals will help me to overcome the problems that are associated with my time management skill. Therefore, the involvement of the proper Execution of the above-mentioned factors will help me to make more improvements in my working skills that are required for working in the information technology sector.
Conclusion
The ESE module session would help me to make a progressive impact in developing my skills for working in a sector of information technology. The support of the excellent guide will help me to make more improvements in the skill of working development. Therefore it can be said that the involvement of the ESE module would leave a positive impact in developing the skill of working. However, as I have already recognized all my positive and negative working factors, it will also help me to make more improvements in my skill of career development.
