A newly registered organization which is located in CBD comprises of 10 staff members. This organization offers a large number of courses to various students. The organization can easily implement CRM (customer relationship management) software for tracking all the students of this institute (Nyadzayo and Khajehzadeh, 2016). CRM can be easily referred to a certain number of principles and guidelines which is followed by an organization while interacting with customers. From the point of view of the organization, this mainly encompasses direct interaction with customers like sales and services related processes. The ultimate goal of CRM is enhancing the overall experience of the customer. With the growth of the internet and related technologies, various students of this organization are much concerned about privacy and safety of their personal information. So it the duty of this organization to ensure the fact that storage and analysis of customer data have the highest level of protection from cybercriminals and another kind of security breach.
The ultimate work of CRM software is to aggregate the various information of students in a place which can easily provide business with ease of access to data (contact data, any previous contact with customer service representative). The main goal of CRM software is to make the interaction in the efficient and productive way (Eichorn, 2018). The ultimate goal of CRM software is to establish a crucial business operation like marketing, sales activities which can be used for boasting customer experiences. The finance tool of ERP system will allow various organization for proper maintaining of information like assets, accounts, and cash. If this training organization makes use of ERP financial products, then it can easily save a large amount of money for a long time (Tarhini, Ammar and Tarhini, 2015). Cloud-based ERP solution is considered to be much more accessible and more mobile than transparent kind of business application. This organization can easily upload and access data in real time through the cloud from any device which comes with an internet connection. From the above discussion, it can be easily concluded that this report is all about providing IT solution for two organizations. The first organization is a newly registered training organization which is located at CBD and comprises of 10 staff members. Various courses are being offered to students by this organization like certificate IV, advance diploma business and many more. The organization comprises of various staff members like CEO, HR, training manager, administration, accounts and lastly trainers. The second organization that is mortgage broker consists of 8 staff members. Out of the 8 staff members, 4 staff members are office based and 4 are a sales representative. Each of the staff members mainly requires following things like internet access, emails, and a complete office suite. A list of reasons has been provided regarding the fact that how ERP and CRM software can be used for bringing a large benefit to training organization. After that, a list of reason has been provided regarding the fact of how cloud-based ERP solution can bring a large number of benefits to the mortgage broker organization.
The following report reflects on IT solution for two organizations. Out of the two organizations, the first one is new registered organization located at CBD and the second one is a mortgage broker located at Outer Suburbs (Khodakarami and Chan, 2014). The first organization has 10 staff members and the second one has 8 staff members. The first organization offers a large number of courses to students like a diploma, advanced diploma, and certificate IV. The second organization continuously requires internet access, email and a complete suite of office for its staff members.
In the coming pages of the report, an idea has been provided regarding various IT solution for both the organization. Apart from this, a list of recommendation in terms of costing, supplier details and availability have been provided for both the organization in terms of IT solution.
