In the scenario which is given in the case my role would be in the focus on the improvement of the business relating to the HDS. The main focus point which is related to the access would be in the sector of the sub projects on the assessment. The main aim which is related to the case would be on the focus of how to improve the internal issue with the staff administration and the stakeholders.
Being a chief information officer the main focus point which would be related to the aspect would be on the sector of improving the external and internal strategies of the organisation, tactical and the concept of the working in the sector of the improvement of the operational responsibilities. The infrastructure which is related to the working of the HDS is the ad-hoc affairs which was not able to meet with the current demand of growth. The capacity which is related to the networking of the HDS is a 4 year old system which was used for the purpose of storing, networking and the concept of the sharing of the files along with the hosted application legacy for the customers. The management system which is present can be stated to be a mix of paper which directly focused on the excel files which are present from the beginning of the organisation.
Into the concept of the HDS, the market of the cloud computing services can be directly expanded and on the other hand it can be stated the expenditure which is related to the IT expenditure is not effected. In the context of the case study it can be stated that the organisation has some capacity issue which is related to the area of the business for example human, knowledge management, budget, planning. In the other hand it can be stated that the company’s revenue are not increased which impact the sector of enabling the resource investment.
Customer Management System of Hosted Desktop Solutions
The customers are directly with the HDS who prefer the aspect of dealing with the time which is related to the staffs those who are very much loyal to the business. The older clients which are related to the HDS have a very much better idea which is relating to the knowledge and the issues as compared with the junior staff members. The system directly offers high end customized solution relating to the IT towards the literate clients. The new prospective of the business is stretched to the concept of the social media while the clients are managed by the social media activity properly.
In order to achieve the possible solution which is related to the IT the clients must visit the website of the organisation were they would be getting the appropriate result which they opted to achieve. For the client there are open source resolutions which are available and on the other hand the company themselves deploy their own application. The cloud computing aspect can be very much advantageous in this aspect which directly help the organisation to facilitate the business completely online.
The system which is related to the customer management directly helps in the concept of the better creation of the relation between the organisation and the clients. The outcome which can be directly be stated in concept of the customer management system are stated below:

The main problem which is seen in the server box was relating to the processing power of the RAM and the setup of the server can be considered to be very much unstable in the past few years as the founder and the technician who were related to taking up steps when something went wrong. The computers which were used by the staffs were also old and did not include the at least version of the software and mainly considered to old system which made the working very much difficult.
The company is also indulged into the aspect of providing open source solution for the clients and on the other hand the company has also started to develop and directly deploy and develop its very own application. Taking into consideration the education sector the organisation is developing its internal as well as external aspects with the help of the concept of the cloud computing.
