After analyzing the entire study, this can be said that various difficulties and challenges have been highlighted regarding the creativity management in the organization named Canadian video game development studio, however, all the activities which have been mentioned in this study are related to the joint performance. Therefore this can be said that this article can be considered as the perfect example of teamwork. In this article the author has tried to shed light on the case of bringing the technological development in the organization by involving large number of people in a team. It has been identified that the company has tried to develop the proper performance management structure in the workplace, so that the employees in the organization will be able to get an effective atmosphere in the workplace. From the study, it has been analyzed here the problem solving and self-directed teamwork have been highlighted. It has been understood from the study that aim of the article is to bring the creativity development in the organization. It has been analyzed that by introducing the performance management structure, the study has tried to bring the organizational changes. However, large number of game developers were not agree with the structure, which has been introduced in this company. Therefore, this can be said that it is a self-directed teamwork practices. On the other hand, here the different ways for bringing the creativity in the organization has been highlighted. Due to lack of improper management practices, the rate of productivity in the organization has got hampered. With the rate of productivity the business revenue as well as the employee performance have going through the challenges. In this situation, this can be said that it is very effective for developing creative production practices in the workplace. Therefore in this situation the team game team has played an effective role. Here the company has decided to provide flexible working atmosphere to the employees so that they will be able to develop their performance quality.
2. Why did team members get together to form this team?
It has been identified in this study that in the current situation the development of technology has created various challenges in the creative industry due to the increasing rate of marketing competition (Monclús & Arfaoui, 2017). It has become very difficult for the organizations to maintain their position in the market. By developing proper team, the creative performance can be introduced in the organization which will be able to develop competitive advantage in the market. It has been identified in this study that it has become very important to epitomize the quality of empowering, flexibility and knowledge-based production systems to be introduced in the industry. By developing these practices in the workplace. This will be helping in the case of reducing the traditional machine bureaucracy and inflexible Fordist production practices as well as bringing changes in the value chains. The importance of critically and empirically examining the creative industry has become very important in the business industry. It has been identified that the functions in the creative industry are being dominated by the project management practices. Therefore, in this situation, it has become very important for bringing the changes in the managerial practices in the workplace. It has been also analyzed in this article that the activity in the creative industry are fundamentally project based. As its result a particular action logic on the field, in terms of temporality, finance, accountability and autonomy get imposed. This can be considered as important reason to develop the team in the company. Due to the dominance of project-based work structure, it has become very difficult for the employees to perform properly in the organization. On the other hand it has been also analyzed that this has impacted on the internal organizational culture of the company. The employees in the organization have wanted to work beyond the hierarchical structure for bringing the effective changes in their performance. As the employees were not satisfied with the organizational structure and operational activities, therefore they have decided to develop a team which will be controlling all the development related activities. This can be said that it will also be beneficial for the workers to control the empowering process as well as the level of creativity. By developing the team based performance management strategy, the company will be able to motivate the employees towards their work (Aydalot & Keeble, 2018). If the employees will be motivated this will be increasing the rate of productivity as well as the creativity.

After analyzing the entire article this can be said that the game team has taken various initiatives in order to bring the team development practices. By using the traditional project management practices, the team has developed the “plan-monitor-deliver” format. It has been also analyzed that in the creative industry the success of the team members are being measured through the inspiration, passion, romantic genius and excitement. It has been identified hat the project management practices as well as the budgeting practices are the important elements in the development program. On the other hand, it has been analyzed that the independence for the Game team was limited by the dynamic presence of StudioOne and Videocorp at each stage. It has been also analyzed that in this case the producer was supposedly free for structuring the team. It was required for the produced for doing the limits of the responsibility hierarchy, which has been established by the Videocorp. It has also been analyzed that by adopting the Agile methodology in the case of initiating the real autonomy in the team. This has helped to bring the new structure in the team. As its result, the creative changes in the team have been introduced. O the other hand, in order to bring the success in team, here the article have brought the liberating model, which has helped in the case of developing the value in the future work. Here the empirical examination of the Canadian video game developing studio has been analyzed. It has been analyzed in this study that due to improper management in creativity, technological application and aesthetic work, the team has faced various challenges. As its result, the process of production got hampered. According to the author, in order to bring the empowerment, the team has faced many issues which impact on its operations. Due to the improper term behaviour, the cultural communication has got affected.

In order to deal with the situations, the game team has decided to bring the changes in the organizational behaviour. For bringing the development in the technological management in the workplace, training and development process have been introduced. In order to encourage the team developer, the organization has taken the strategy to introduce power structure practices. According to the Game team, this will be beneficial for the tea members to fulfill their responsibilities in an effective manner. This has also been mentioned through this process, a rate of team performance will be increased. Although the team has taken various initiatives, all the initiatives have not faced the success.
After analysing the entire situation, this can be said that the managing authority needs to focus on introducing the proper structure in the organization. Before starting any project, the responsibilities and regulations should be cleared to the team members (Wu, Chen & Lin, 2015). As the study has mentioned that regarding the performance and productivity therefore for managing the situation, the issues which are influencing these issues needed to be analyzed. Technological innovation has become one of the important challenges for the team. Therefore, if the Game team will focus on providing training to the team members, this will be beneficial for the team.
5. Identify creativity enhancement techniques needed for team improvement and why?
Creative techniques and methods are very important in the case of bringing the changes in the performance of a team is very important (Zhou & Hoever, 2014). Through the creative actions and technological advancement, the team improvement can be introduced in an organization. By introducing the creative brain training games in the workplace, the team members will be engaged and through the entertainment, they will be able to give their full effort in the case of developing the workplace performance (Sia & Appu, 2015). In the case of increasing the involvement of the employees in the workplace, the company can motivate them in their work by providing different bonus and reward offers. The responsibility of each members needed to be cleared to them, so that they will find their own way to achieve the goals and objectives. Proper discipline is needed to be introduced in the workplace, so that all the corporate ethics can be maintained properly. The leader of the can be active in the case of motivating the team members in the case of accepting the challenges. Through this process, the team members will able to deal with different challenges in the workplace. In the current situation, the introduction of performance management structure has become one of the important element in organizational development, therefore this can be said that the company needs to focus on providing the better opportunities in the case of bringing the changes in performance structure. On the other hand, training and development by using the modern technology can bring the creativity in the workplace. In this study, it has been also highlighted that if the internal organizational culture will be developed properly, this will be very effective in the case of inspiring the team members towards developing innovative ideas, which will be affecting the organizational performances. It has been also analyzed in this study that the research and development can be the effective way to bring the creative development in the organization (Connell & Thaarup, 2014). Therefore before working on any project, the people in the team will focus on researching on the particular topic, they will be able to gather large amount of information about it, which will help to bring the effectiveness in the performance. The study has also highlighted the Hierarchical Heuristic practices. This is very effective in the case of generate uniqu4e ideas against the problems. On the other hand, by creating the adhocracy, the creativity can be introduced in an organization. This helps to improve the social atmosphere in the workplace. This is also very effective in the case of developing corporate culture as well as the corporate ethics in an organization.

Creative performance in an organization is highly connected with the changes in the organizational performances. Due to the improper implementation of performance structure, the creative teamwork can get affected. On the other hand, it has been identified that number of skilled people in the team also impact on the team performances. The overall budget of the company, as well as the internal organizational culture, highly impact on the team performance. If the healthy working atmosphere is provided to the team members, this will play an important role in developing their creativity. On the other hand, time duration, organizational strategy and objectives of the organization increase the rate of engagement of the team workers in achieving their goals. It has also been analyzed in this study that if the required changes are not brought in organizational, operational activities, it may impact on the creative team functions. Therefore, from the study, this can be said that the cultural environment, number of people, awareness of responsibility and proper organizational structure has the higher level of impact on influencing the creative team performance.
After analyzing the study, this can be said that in order to bring the creativity in the team performance, different initiatives can be taken. In order to bring the changes in the team performance, the large number of people needs to be involved in the team. By introducing the changes in the structure in the group. On the other hand, proper training and development process can bring the effective result for bringing the creativity in the overall performance. The team members are needed to be motivated by the team leaders. This will increase their engagement in work. In order to bring the personal creative qualities, the team members are required to provide enough space, so that they will be able to bring the changes in their work. On the other hand, by identifying the similarities and the differences among the team members, the advantages and disadvantages in the team can be developed. In this case, the study has mentioned about an action plan. It has been mentioned in this study that the process of creative teamwork will need near about 12 months to get conducted.
In the first 3 months, the company needs to focus on developing proper performance structure in the organization. In the same time, the proper recruitment and selection process should be introduced. After this, the study has also mentioned about the development of communicational skills of the team members. By introducing the effective communicational skills, the bonding in the team will be developed. From 4th to 8th month, the company needs to focus on identifying the similarities and differences in the team. Depending on these the creativity can be introduced. In the last four months, the study has suggested providing training to the team members in the case of adopting modern technological use in the production unit. If the employees are provided proper training, they will be able to achieve their goals and objectives.
