Both of them don’t change in a way giant pandas never get cold while ever green trees never change color.
Giant pandas appearances are pretty obvious. As you all know they have black patches that covers there eyes. They have black fur on their hands. feet, ears, arms, and legs. Its thick black and white fur keeps the panda warm during winter and cold forests. There really isn’t much I could tell you more about its appearances so ill end my paragraph here.
Now it is time for interesting facts! Giant pandas are really interesting(well maybe not for you but for me yes there interesting) ( who am I kidding no one cares about my opinion) animals. Did you know the first giant panda came to the United States of America in 1936 at the Chicago zoo and it will take at least 50 more years for another one to come into America and it will take another 50 years for another to get to America.
I bet you didn’t know that, boom mind blown. Another interesting facts is: historically pandas parts are one of the few animal parts that has not been used for Chinese medicine. I bet your brain just exploded with all those facts coming right at your face. I can tell you even more interesting facts about the animal but I guess ill tell you two more, pandas don’t rely on their visual memory but on their spatial memory. (spatial means the space around someone or something) The last interesting fact about giant pandas is, did you know that a new born cub baby is 1/900th size of its mother and it is almost the size of a stick of butter!
(This paragraph is not required but I will do it any how).
A panda can only live up to 30 years in captivity while in the wild the only live up to 20 years. The longest record ever is 36 years of age. A male panda can weigh up to 150 kg while in captivity. A female panda is way smaller and can only weigh up to 125 kg also in captivity. Pandas tail is 10 to 20 cm long. Their body length is 120 to 180 cm long. Their shoulder height is 54 to 81 cm tall, and their hind legs are 12 to 20 cm high. Their chest girth is 70 to 106 cm long.
What do pandas do all day? Eat and sleep. Giant pandas spend half of their day eating and the other half sleeping.
When you go to the zoo again my bet is you will look at pandas different and not ask so much questions about it. I also hope you learned a lot about pandas and I hope it will be your favorite animal.
