Learning Style and Working Skills
From the VAK questionnaire, it can be stated that I am a kinesthetic learner. I have scored the highest in the category of C which is 15. The category of C denotes that I am more prone to learning by the kinesthetic method. Category A denotes visual learning style, in which I have scored 10, which means I can learn fairly using visual learning style and in category B, I have scored the lowest which is a mere 5. This denotes that I am very poor in using the learning style which involves learning through the auditory style. Thus, it can be stated that I can learn best using the Kinesthetic learning style. I can learn the best using the exercise of the task on my own and by approaching the task creatively on my grounds which is not instructed by others. I am not scared to fall but I am more interested in using strategies that will encourage me to go beyond my comfort zone. I learn academic matters easily and effectively when I execute the learned materials in real life or make notes of them, (www.businessballs.com, 2022).

Values are important to me and I work toward improving my skills. Some of the values that concern me areas discussed as follows along with the reason why I consider them important:
Honesty and integrity form the initial stage, which can mark one’s success in future life both professionally and personally. Thus, I want to develop in me the skills related to honesty and integrity. It will mark my dedication to my work and loyalty toward work, (Sotiriadou et al., 2020).
I think ethics is an important value when in every sphere of life, both professional and personal spheres. For me working within ethical grounds is of most importance to me.
Skills needed for any job or personal life is effective interpersonal communication and thus it is important to be learned, (Nisha & Rajasekaran, 2018).
I want to work in the future in a very eminent company that will help me to hone and use my skills to the fullest. I want to work in a company that will challenge me to work in a zone that is out of my comfort zone.
Certain skills are needed to be global citizens. To be qualified to become a global citizen, I need to be committed to building a community that promotes meaningfulness and positivity in society. Such attributes and skills are very important for me on a personal front as well. I believe that we should always promote positivity as it improves the productivity of the individual and avoids negativity. I try to promote positivity wherever I work and encourage their abilities and encourage them to work on their shortcomings. I want to become a global citizen and thus I need to develop my decision-making skills, critical thinking and effective communication skills. Some of the skills that I believe I need to develop in me to ensure I become an effective global citizen, includes problem-solving, decision making and critical thinking. I think I also need to develop in me the effective communication skills required to communicate effectively and confidently and influence people with the right information and collaborate with others at the workplace. I believe that these five skills are important in both professional and personal life. These skills are important as it will provide the ability to have a global perspective of the same issue, (www.gvi.co.uk, 2022).
My global citizenship skills need further improvement. I will then be able to implement the discipline in the national and international contexts besides applying it in the local context. I will become more culturally aware and be competent to communicate with diverse cultures with respect and dignity. This will help me act in a culturally and socially responsible way. I plan to improve my communication skills further. I want to communicate my ideas fluently and with confidence and conviction. I plan to improve my body language to reflect my interest in knowing and understanding the communicated information. I will be brief and specific about an area I am struggling with. I have realised that for effective communication, the first skill that I need to develop in me includes the ability to listen. The other skill that I think I plan to improve includes critical thinking. Assessing my skills, I believe that I have cross-cultural awareness skills, (Call, 2018).
