Furthermore, leaders in the market and factors to gain competitive advantages and recommendation are provided in the study.
The hierarchical arrangements of the authorities in an organization and community can be defined as organizational structure. The rights and duties of the staffs can be notified by the position of the staffs in the hierarchy (Amrollahi et al. 2014). The personnel review the process daily and provide appropriate suggestions and steps that can be taken over by accounting and marketing staffs. However, general manager of the company monitors and analyzes the process done by marketing and human resource department along with accounting and entry level staffs. The legal head is connected with human resources and entry level staffs. Human resources department is responsible for fulfilling the activities related to the issues of staffs, providing human resources as per requirements of the organization. On the other hand, entry level staffs are provided training and responsible for taking their role as junior employees of the organization.
As Mexx Engineering continues to make diversification in marketplace, the opportunities for the issues in workplace intensify. The security risk is one of the common events occur in an organization. The system of the organization has been developed internally in order to host the process and operations. Moreover, requirements of security are embedded in the system and establishment of the life cycle. Most of the vendors in the software industry utilize methodology as one of the important tools to alleviate fears for the upper management (Venkatesh et al. 2013). In addition, considering the process of deployment include application of software such as enterprise resource planning. The phases are important to be considered for implementing the commercial acquisition method. One of the phases involve needed for the implementation is planning readiness assessment, which is necessary for decision makers of Mexx Engineering. The above flow chart of the sales process clear defines the process of sale in the organization. In the flowchart it has been clearly seen that the customer generated PO is processed to Rep Logs. After that contract agent reviews order and transfers to standard terms. It goes to the agents for approval and if processed it goes to the customers and if not acceptable it is not further progressed.
Implementing accounting software packages and ERP have several benefits to the organization (Hirschheim et al. 2013). On the other hand, some drawbacks in controlling the ERP system produce issues in the organization. One of the major issues found in the ERP system is s poor communication among the staffs of the organization. In addition, cross referencing spread in the sheets need to avoid missed scopes in the procedure. There are also minor errors in typing in misread figure, which results in making negative consequences. However, unable of taking big decisions in the operations of Mexx Engineering is one of the main control system problems faced by the company.

As control in an organization is an expensive procedure that engages lot of time as well as effort as adequate attention that needs to be paid in order to observe performance of the staffs. Thus, management of the organization needs to be aware to effective control of the system.

Thus, it is needed to follow the standards as well as system pursuit by the organization (Ismail and King 2014). In addition, there are various competitive factors, which can provide competitive benefits for the company. The factors of marketing are needed to review by management of Mexx Engineering and find the factors responsible to gain additional values for the organization.
Laudon and Laudon (2013) commented that it is vital to analyze the factor of production and research along with development for the organization. The expertise factors as well as personnel are generally considered as vital factors for the organization to obtain competitive benefits. On contrary, lack of effective system produces errors in workplace and show inefficiency among the employees produce errors in work and show inefficiency of the employees of the organization (Majchrzak and Malhotra 2013).
