So the senior management needs to implement different strategies to make changes for sustainable and long-term growth of this company (Landmark, & Sjøbakk, 2017). The unethical employment practice of the franchise business partner of this company also creates a negative impact on the organization leads to an increase in employee turnover.
The senior management of all the business organizations implements various theories and models in the workplace to improve the overall organisational performance (Lo, 2015). Proper leadership is essential for this organisation and leaders generally motivate the employees to maintain the proper corporate culture that improves the phycology of all the employees. At the same time implementation of dynamic skillset will make the organization more productive in their use of various technologies.
Various multidisciplinary skills will also improve the plasticity of employees and those even able managers to shape the employees easily with the diverse training program. From the above study, it has been identified that this retail organisation also faced different issues that are related to management and unethical practice of employment. Various organisational problems such as lack of resources, lack of consensus, Lack of Team Cohesion etc. to ensure high-quality services as well as grab the attention of many customers’ leads to trigger sales volume (Davenport, 2015).
Proper communication between senior management and other franchises is vital to gather information with a view to operations of each and individual franchise. At the same time, the HR managers need to gather feedback from each and individual customers, and that will increase the overall service and products quality further.
Employees are the main asset of a company for that reason the organisation needs to recognise the potential requirements of the employees to motivate them for better performance and it also help the empoyees to manage day to day operation effectively (Palumbo, 2016). Implementation of proper corporate governance and perform various corporate social responsibilities programs are urgent to preserve the organisational culture leads to reduce employee turnover rate.
Finally, the implementation of different theories such as servant leadership and the act of Stewardship will also increase the overall working excellence of Pay n Carry because this leadership styles has the capability to transform the employees by influencing or motivational behaviors and ideas. Use of upgrade technology such as digital promotion, gather feedbacks through social media will also help this company to identify current trends, and buying behaviours of the customer lead to improve the organisational position.

Based on the above study it has been identified that, Pay n Carry is a popular retail company in Australia but the senior management of this company also faced different problems of unethical behaviour of the employees during operation and that generally hampers the overall organisational culture as well as the workforce. For that reason, it is crucial for management to make changes in Pay n carry or implement different innovative strategies such as involving the employees in decision making process, implementation of effective communication and conduct corporate social responsibilities programs to trigger the organisational culture. Various models and procedures such as dynamic skillset, compliance strategy, Integrity strategy and implementation of servant leadership styles can improve the current organizational position.
