Objective
The Dai-Ichi Corporation is one of the international mining enterprises based in Italy. The management team of Dai-Ichi Corporation decides to deploy their SAP instance on Cloud. They have their subsidiary located in Australia. Dai-Ichi with the aid of the SAP Cloud will be able to connect their business across Australia. They will have to carry out the business over the cloud and control the operations over Italy and Australia. They also decide to host the SAP Cloud on Amazon AWS. The management team of Dai-Ichi Corporation has appointed a Project Manager. The Project Manager will prepare a project plan and will assist Dai-Ichi so that they can be able to deploy SAP on the cloud server.
The Project Manager creates a Project Plan. The Project Plan illustrates all the activities associated with implementation of SAP on the cloud server. The Project Plan also explains the resources and stakeholders associated with each project activities. The Project will take 68 days that is near about 12 weeks. The total budget allocated for the project is $2,550,425.00.
