Future plan

Everyone has a future plan regarding to his/her career. Some people wants to become scientist, programmers, engineers, and discover new and amazing things, or wants to become a star basketball player and be the highest paid player. basically people have dreams or plan regarding to their futures.

Meaning of Career plan

Career planning is the deliberate process through which a person becomes aware of personal career related attributes and the lifelong series of stages that contribute to his career fulfillment.

Career planning is a lifelong process which includes getting a job, working on our skills, finding out our expectations from life and even retiring. There might always be possible changes in life because our long-term and short-term plans may not match. We cannot always control things from outside such as family, friends or health issues, but once we make a career plan, it lasts as far as possible.

My objective

since my childhood I wants to do different and exciting things.

But as we grow up we come to know that everything is not like that as we think. There is a big difference between the reality and imagination.

I have more than one plan to pursue in my life. I would be a banker, teacher or css

officer. But the most favourite profession is to become a teacher.

Personal assessment

I want to achieve different types of status in my life as well as I want betterment in society in term of guiding and teaching those children who don’t afford the quality education because when our literacy rate increase then our country make progress.

In short I want Pakistan a developed country in terms of both Islamic and economic.

How can I achieve my goals

the most important things to achieve my goals is my education and relevant education toward my dreams.

BBA honors

First of all the most important thing is that your relevant qualification regarding toward your dreams as I want to do different things in my life but all related to my qualification. I am studying BBA in university of Gujrat. My 3rd semester is going on. It’s a little bit difficult for me because I travel a lot. But it’s ok I hope so I will work hard to get my destination. I would inshallah score 3.7 cgpa I would work hard to get it.

Strategy to get maximum cgpaIf I would do my work of university in daily bases complete my assignment on time and do them effectively with hard work. Prepare every quiz on time with effort Prepare my presentation with all possible and relevant information Some time when I don’t understand a course properly from teacher I will search from internet and getting help by watching clips. Make a proper time table for study.

My specialization

as a BBA student its provide me the opportunity to get my favourite field. I would do inshallah the finance. Finance is a field in which we learn about the management of large amounts of money, especially by government and large company. And I think it would be the most suitable field related to my goals.

Diploma

I would like to do something change after graduation I would do Chinese language course for National University Of Modern Languages (NUML).

Job

During my diploma I would like to do a temporary job in any bank or school or college.

My mater of philosophy

after my successful graduation I will try to get admission in Lahore university of management sciences (LUMS) or Quaid- e- Azam university Islamabad. There I would start my studies and hard work on my thesis. I heard that thesis are very difficult so I will do my best.

My professions

I want to do more than one job in life. Something for myself and something for the society.

Lecturer My most desirable profession is to become a lecturer in university. As I would be a finance specialist at that time I have done Master of philosophy. I would like to teach finance courses. I know it’s tough to get job in a university but I do my best.

And being a teacher there I would teach students in best way which I always expects my teacher to do but sometimes unfortunately some teachers don’t to that.

Banker

I also wants to work in a bank but I clearly know that my this dream is temporary like for a time being wish. But I want experience so if I got the job I would do my all efforts to make work best.

School for children

It’s my biggest dream to open a school for the children those parents don’t afford to teach them or not in a good school because the base of a child is very important in any terms. I would select a semester system for the student. There would be no courses for 4 to 7 years students I just teach them how to write or learn things with different activities. I will guide them with all necessary topics . I would teach them basic topics of different and multiple subjects. i would hire teachers and some of my cousins that will help me. I open the school with my money investment because these childs are the actual investment for the country and society. I would set a specific syllabus for them that are enables them to do something really profitable for the country.

Preparing Personal Profile:

The first important thing in career planning is the presentation of personal profile. It consists of various personality traits of the person. It is very difficult to know one’s own nature, but it is essential for preparing personal profile.

One should put some questions to oneself like attitudes towards work, nature, confidence, initiative, future expectations etc.

Formulating Personal and Professional Goals:

Both personal and professional goals should be formulated to plan one’s career. The personal goals will first enable a person to enter the profession and then professional goals will be needed for reaching higher heights. For example, if a person wants to become a doctor, then he should plan his studies for a period of 5-6 years after schooling.

Once he becomes a doctor, then he may set goals for himself in the profession. The setting of performance goals helps in identifying career goals. The career goals are not set once for all. There should be a flexibility in career goals. With the change in circumstances and environment the goals should be revised.

In order to support long term objectives, there should be short term objectives and action plans which can be a part of performance appraisal process. Continuing the previous example, if one aims to become a doctor then he should study medical courses for entering this line and then study various aspects of medicine and surgery. So short term action plans are essential to achieve long term goals.

Analysing Environment Effect:

A good career planning requires a systematic analysis of the environment for opportunities. Both inside and outside environment influence career planning process. The stage of growth of the organisation, future expansion plans, thinking of management etc. should be considered while deciding about career strategy.

For example, an expanding organisation will provide more opportunities to its employees than a mature concern which is not expected to grow. The outside environmental factors such as economic, social, political, technological etc. too need to be discussed for formulation of career strategy.

Not only present, but future environment should also be considered. This requires forecasting. Since many factors need to be analysed, planning the career necessitates being selective and concentrating on those factors which are critical to personal success.

Analysis of Strengths and Weaknesses:

The strengths and weaknesses of a person should be matched with job requirements and environmental opportunities. Different jobs require different skills. One person may be more suitable at supervisory level only, while the other may go upto middle level management and like that .Youtube channel

The youtube is also a biggest opportunity for doing a great job. It has been a very powerful media for earning. But from in last two years I could be seen a biggest platform for the job opportunity I have personaly watch the interviews of different people who totally rely on youtube

So I want to make vedios lectures for the students who can get help from it

It looks very interesting. I think I would enjoy doing that I will make lectures on some specifics books which are widely used all over the Pakistan .For this I have to make an extra bank account

Conclusion

I have a many aims which I can peruse in life. I a studying the BBA right now. After that means after completing my education with my a lot of hard work I would be able to become a lecturer my passion to teach the students .i also have a temporary aim to be a banker but it is my 2nd option my 1st priority is being a teacher and teach in a great manner I would do all possible things related to my job. I want invest my money on children by teaching them. And for supporting my this passion which is directly related to children and my country development is would start my youtube channel where I upload educational videos. And earn money and spend to the childrens.
