Research question
Customer dissatisfaction is the main problem faced by the Australian tyre retailer. The ultimate problem lies in consumer interaction which is not possible due to high counters. The staff members of the stores are usually behind the high counters which are inaccessible to women who are the usual customers. The high counters are mostly accessible to tall people due to which numerous customers feel uncomfortable to communicate if any problems are faced by them. According to Freer (2018, p.3), it is the duty of the management to conduct more research in order to mitigate this problem. The management should implement lower counters in all the 700 stores of this company. Better customer service is also needed to be provided which can be monitored through the implementation of customer relationship management software.

The ultimate problem faced by the company is lack of innovation. This is causing the problem to fall back again to its present competitors while the others are gaining strength at a rapid speed. Due to the lack of innovation inside the company, it is failing to produce attractive results in the outside as well. As opined by Rosental (2015), the important of the management team can be understood at this point. This team is needed to access the internal problems of the company and implement appropriate software so that the whole organisation can stay up to date about the present trends regarding the industry. The management is needed to hold an inner survey to understand the particular problems of the organisation in order to implement a proper solution.

Thus, the team can take proper measurements to solve the required problem. 5

In this case, the chosen place for health festival is a great choice but there is not enough motivation or reason for various travellers to attend the festival it in that area. Various factors are needed to be kept in mind for this proper marketing (Mehta, 2014). Otherwise, it would impact negatively on the whole tourism organisation because of the lack of people attending the event would ultimately make it a failure. The first aspect which is needed to be accessed is the demographic aspect. The event should be organised in such a place where various people have the transportation to visit. Also, engaging units are needed to be held to motivate various people to visit the health festival.

Research question (What is the specific research question they should focus on? What information is required to answer the management problem?).

It is important for the management to understand that a festival cannot be held in a place just because it possesses natural beauty. As asserted by Chienwittayakun and Mankin (2015), other factors such as demographics, travel facilities are also needed to be taken into consideration. 5
4.3 (Information/Research) Objectives (Given the research question, what are the smaller sub-questions or information objectives related to this research question that should be answered? As a guide, minimum of three and no more than six).
- To understand the factors for organising a health festival
- To understand the factors needed to make the health festival successful
- To analyse the positive and negative aspects of the chosen destination

Problem and management decision (what is the specific problem or issue to be investigated? What is the company seeking to find out? What do they not know, what management decisions will be made?)
The problem faced by management is that the responsibility of the employees is too severe. The employees have to face emotional as well as mental pressure in taking care if so many aged-people. On top of that, they are frequently asked to learn new software for managing various employees. All these aspects are creating draining the employees of their strength due to which most of them are unable to come to their work frequently. Therefore, the company for the aged-care facility is needed to understand the reason behind this pressure. Through proper assessment of the employees, the management can take the required action to decrease the pressure among the employees and maintain a normal work environment (Corti et al. 2014).
Research question (What is the specific research question they should focus on? What information is required to answer the management problem?).
The research question which is needed to be asked in this case is:
What recommendations are needed to be implemented which would decrease work pressure for the employees in the old aged centre and lessen frequent absents?
The management is required to access the problems by holding a survey among the employees. As forwarded by Hair et al. (2015), only through proper research the problems can be accessed. Through this, adequate information can be collected along with employee feedback to solve the problem.
(Information/Research) Objectives (Given the research question, what are the smaller sub-questions or information objectives related to this research question that should be answered? As a guide, minimum of three and no more than six).
- To understand the reason behind frequent absences of employees
- To formulate a proper mitigation plan to avoid the problem
- To evaluate the situation and implement the necessary recommendations 10
