The paperless technology is a process that handles issues to deal with delays and pressure from work thus the organizations introducing the paperless technology helps in reducing the time of operation and the cost due to its effectiveness and efficiency. Initially, various people would wait for the managers and the other senior staff for days to sign their papers or approve some work in the offices, but with the digitalization process, it is has reduced the waiting time from hours to minutes (Ablett, 2017).

There were cases where the people did not get served due to failure to locate their hardcopy papers. The system and the elimination of the paperwork have reduced the risks of the documents disappearing from the office due to space and efficiency. On the other hand, the introduction of the technology by the Hyde and Liverpool Direct has reduced the amount of space needed to store the files and the documents for the clients (Ablett, 2017). It gives the company ample time to plan for their employees well regarding an active payment plan, secure and reliable management systems and proper recruitment process. The employees who had problems following up on their salaries and other benefits from the company are now able to claim or complain through the company’s online portal giving them a faster access (Galiano, Mahdjoubi, & Brebbia, 2017). Indeed, the introduction of the paperless system into the current working environment and technological fields is advantageous to all the sectors of the economy.
