Define the scope
Scope of a project is generally defined as the functions and deliverables which are involved in a project related to i-crop.
Requirements: The major requirements of the project includes the involving of the principles related to project management along with the website and the mobile information technology.
In scope-out scope items: Some of the major things that are included in the scope items of the projects of website and mobile application formation project of i-Crop includes the project plan, the initiation documents, website and the mobile application design, and the final closure report.
Deliverables: the deliverables of the project includes project initiation documents, planning of the project, design of the website and the mobile application, final website and mobile application and lastly the final closure report.
Acceptance Criteria: The acceptance criteria relate to this i-crop project of website and mobile application formation have been listed below:
