Banner Ad
The implementation of websites is being considered to be the new gateway to increasing sales and achieve growth in the business. The landing pages helps in attracting the external clients to the website of organisations. The Nam Inc. is the online flower delivery company who are specialising in delivery of flowers to clients who need flowers instantly. The company provides fresh cut flowers of highest quality for ensuring that they would stay beautiful. This report aims to provide the description of the landing page being provided for Nam Inc. A proper banner ad is being provided for the landing page being developed for the organisation. The implementation of the landing page would include CTA button which would allow the customers to complete their desired tasks.
The banner ad for Nam Inc displays the connection among the landing page and the ad being provided. When the design and the message are similar, it would allow the user with the information that they have visited the correct place. I have properly designed this ad for matching through visual method by utilising the similar colours as well as the similar images as the landing page. I have also matched the message through replication of the heading in both landing page as well as the ad (Saura, 2021). The visitors who would be visiting from the ad, within seconds of hitting landing should view the product image, the unique value proposition, the call to action, as well as how to properly proceed and the familiar colour scheme and the logo. Through placing the elements at top of page, visitor would be provided with the content and they would be provided with the guarantee of seeing what they require to view prior scrolling (Bala & Verma, 2018).
Continuance is crucial aspect because as soon as the intended conversion has been gained, customer should be provided with the knowledge that they have completed the action. After any user has completed the purchase of product as well as completed desired action, they will be provided with a post-conversion pop up which might look like the web message. This message would provide an acknowledgement of the purchase along with the hope that they have enjoyed it, leaving them with proper positive message (Pandey, Nayal & Rathore, 2020).
Business idea
I used a company named Nam Inc. which is a flower delivery company and they provide flowers to customers who need flowers on urgent basis. The target customers of the business are the people who need flowers decoration for various events like wedding, birthday parties, engagements and other events. The landing and product page would consist of clean simple design plus aesthetic design which would appeal to the customers.
Web Message
Visual theme
I added Visual theme in the landing page that has been determined to the simple and clean. I have considered the colour palette to be white and pink that is a crisp color combination which creates aesthetic and calm feeling. The beautiful theme including flowers has been determined to be perfect because the products being provided by the organisation are sensitive and they are naturally gained. The designing for events is properly done by Nam Inc. which would cater all the needs of customers and make their special day memorable (Herhausen et al., 2020). White and pink are completely associated with flowers and decoration that ties into the website.
Social proof
For making the landing page completely authentic for the viewers, trust signals are crucial for increasing the overall credibility of landing page. The service reviews have been added in the landing page which would create a sense of confidence among the users and they would feel safe while using the website (Purwanti, 2021). These testimonials provided by the customers acts as the social proof as well as create extensive credibility for product as well as landing page and it would illustrate that the other people have also availed the services of this organisation. Some additional trust signals which help in making the site increasingly trustworthy for viewers are the delivery FAQs, contact feature and reviewing system implemented in the website (De Pelsmacker, Van Tilburg & Holthof, 2018).
Benefits
For the services of flower delivery of Nam Inc., I added three short benefits on opening page. I also added some proper visual interest through including little drawings, which breaks up all the text as well as supports scanning of page. When the user would scroll down, they would gain increased in-depth explanation of all the benefits.
Hero shot
The hero shot provided in the landing page is the images of flowers and decorations being made with the flowers for conveying the message about our core business functionalities to the customers. The images are free images gained from internet but the quality of the images might be compromised due to scaling of these images in the page. The decorations images in the landing page mainly conveys the message of how the flowers would be used by the customers and what values would be gained.
The unique value proposition of the company has been provided in four parts. The primary heading Nam Inc. and subtitle “flower delivering service” clearly states what the customers would be gaining when they would visit the website. The reinforcement statement “We deliver flowers for your special occasion” adds a little bit more assurance for the customers and clearly conveys the message to customers about what the organisation is about (Hanlon, 2021). The reinforcement statement has been highlighted more with the help of different color and font. The closing statement “We offer flower delivery so that if you can’t be there, the flowers can.” Has been provided as another attempt of communicating the overall benefit of offerings as well as creates proper positive message close to intended click regions, call to action button. I developed proper hierarchies with the headings with highly crucial headings larger or bold and it would be higher up on page.
Self-Reflective Discussion
The provided call to action has been considered to be crucial and required to draw proper attention as well as stand out of the page so that the user’s vision would fall on the button. All the aspects included in the page should be pointing to CTA because clicking on the CTA would complete desired action for users (Desai, 2019). The call to action is the button added in the page “Order Online”. This phrase provides clarity as well as the clear individual of what would happen when then users would click it and so there would be no room left for uncertainty. The button has been made to stand out of the page through using pink color and it properly contrasts from the white background of the page. The button has been considered to be in the rounded button shape that is completely different shape from all other shapes being used in the images. This anomaly has been intentionally created in the page for ensuring that the button would stand out of the page and users would catch a glimpse of the button as soon as the customers would visit the page (Melovi? et al., 2020). The button has also been made clickable so that the users would be taken to the desired page directly. The vast marketing strategy has been considered during creating the CTA of attracting customers who need decoration at their events. The flowers design in the page would help in attracting huge number of users.
Designing for the usability is what I have intended to achieve with the landing page. The users must not spend their effort and time into learning unique configuration of the website. It is crucial to properly follow the conventions of other websites for ensuring that the users do not need to think while using our website. For the landing page, I have designed for my website, I attempted to follow all the conventions of industry through placing the information properly in the similar spots of this page and the main inspiration of this activity was the Facebook page and their landing page (López García et al., 2019). The users are not needed to read huge chunk of texts and they would like to properly scan the page and then take in the smaller quantity of information at one time.
The different users would be looking for various things on landing page so it is crucial to properly break the page into clearly defined sections. This would make it rather easier for viewers in finding the information that they are searching for. I have properly broken the landing page into clear four sections that are separated by proper background color plus space. At top of page, the benefits gained by the customer is displayed and then slideshow plus review is provided.
Landing Page Optimization
By considering the consumer behaviour theory of reasoned action, it has been ensured in the landing page that proper buttons are added in the page so that users would clearly understand what could be done through the website. The colours being used in the website are bright and appealing so that the customers would be easily able to view the content of the website and move forward to the call-to-action button.
The rocket spark platform includes several limitations and due to these limitations, I could not implement some additional features which I wanted to implement in the system. Designing the mobile-first could not be done on rocket spark, as this platform does not provide the platform for editing in the mobile view. The websites must be primarily designed for the mobile devices and then it could be adapted to the larger screens as a site that would function properly on the mobile devices would function well on any bigger screen while the oppositive would not be true. The mobile traffic has also been completely overtaken the desktop traffic and therefore there is a requirement of catering to this aspect. Majority of the landing pages of the products or services have the click through slide of proper images of services or products and the product is displayed in action. Creating this generic service image slide is one aspect which I could not complete because I could not determine how to complete this element in the rocket spark. I also intended to add some arrow which would have efficiently permitted the visitors into reading more regarding all the benefits of services being provided. I selected to eliminate the several distractions as well as involve solely the crucial information at the first glance. Making the addition of read more or even the drop-down arrows would permit the viewers into selecting if they would like some additional information without the feeling of overwhelmed with information from initiation. This is the reason why I needed to add proper view more arrow around reviews so users could select to check additional reviews if they intended to view but this feature is not working in the rocket spark platform.
Conclusion
The conclusion could be determined from this discussion that the implementation of the landing page in the website of Nam Inc. would allow the users to easily complete their service booking. The Nam Inc. would receive the booking of flower delivery for the customers through the website. The banner ad being provided in the report allows the users to understand what the company is about and what could be done through the website. The banner ad for Nam Inc displays the connection among the landing page and the ad being provided. Continuance is crucial aspect because as soon as the intended conversion has been gained, customer should be provided with the knowledge that they have completed the action.
