The network diagram would be developed using mpp file of Ms-Project and WBS Schedule pro. The activities are arranged systematically on a diagram for development of the project progress execution. The line diagram would show the progress of the effective development and implication management. The following is the network diagram for the project,

The Gantt chart for the project is developed using Ms-Excel form and it would be helpful for aligning the work development using the alignment of the successive management process. The improvement would be deployed for easing the implication of the activities aligning functional management. The Gantt chart for the project is given below,

The holiday list for the project is shown below,
The cost management is the process of identifying the cost expenses on the project execution. The identification of the costs that would be spent on the alignment of the successive project execution is helpful for achieving the final development. The management of the project activities would require forming the utilization of the project activities. The following is the cost expenses of the project,

The crash costs calculation would be deployed for easing the utilization and implying the formation and development. The alignment would be successively employed for easing the allowance of the successive management process. The crashing of the projects would be implied cohesively for aligning the formation of the activities and integrating the operations. The additional crash costs would be deployed for successfully managing the cohesive integration development. The improved alignment of the activities (critical and non critical) would require,
Activity Classification |
Improvements |
Critical Activities |
The duration of the activities would be reduced for aligning the successive formation and development. The cost analysis would show the implication of the successive management procedure. Changes in the critical activities would result in listing the alignment of the operations and resulting in proper formation development. |
Non Critical Activities |
The non critical activities would be implied for listing the integration and management process. The non critical activities do not have any impact on the duration of the projects. However, it would form the impact on the cost of the project. |
The plan outline would be developed using the implication of the operations and aligning the implication management. The plan outline would be effectively deployed for easing the utilization of the project planning software. The following is the plan outline for the project,

Challenges of Project |
Construction Issues, Equipments Failure, Lack of Information, Probable Mitigation Issues, Alignment Issues |
Explanation of Challenges |
The construction project would have to face a number of issues like construction issues, equipments failure, lack of information, probable mitigation issues, and alignment issues. These issues result in delaying or exhausting more resources of the project collectively. It is required for dealing with these issues for ensuring the successive closure of the project. |
Better D&B project system of procurement |
The D&B offer better management of the design and development process. The completion of the project would result in easing the significant analysis for the execution of the effective project management. The design would involve the usefulness of the successive management for the building development. The production unit would be executed successfully. |
Impact of BIM modelling on Project Delivery and Running |
BIM modelling is helpful for easing the process of development and execution. The activities are arranged systematically on a diagram for development of the project progress execution. The identification of the costs that would be spent on the alignment of the successive project execution is helpful for achieving the final development. The management of the project activities would require forming the utilization of the project activities. The involvement of BIM modelling would be helpful for taking care of the operations and aligning improved completion of the project. |
