Project Overview
The paper mainly focuses on the project “opening of a beauty Salon in Auckland”, North Island which is the largest and most populous city in the world. The main aim of the project is to open a beauty salon in Auckland that will be helpful in providing excellent service to the customers at a low cost. It is found that Auckland is the populous city and therefore presence of a beauty parlour with excellent ambience and customer service will generally attract people. It is found that the beauty parlours that are present in Auckland are quite expensive and thus the middle-class people faces financial issues in regularly visiting the salon. In order to resolve the issue, the new beauty parlour that is opened provides services at a very low cost so that anyone can enjoy the services.

The main aim or purpose of the project is to open a beauty salon in Auckland, North Island for providing excellent ambience as well as service to the customers at a low cost so that the customers will get attracted to the services of the organization.

The completed project of beauty salon will provide the following to the customers of the organization:
Excellent customer service: The beauty salon provides excellent service to the customers so that they will enjoy their service at cheapest price.
Lower cost: The services that are provided by the organization is at very low cost as compared to the cost that is charged by the other salons of the Auckland.
Proper ambience: The ambience and the quality of products that are utilized by the salon are excellent and thus the customers will get happy after visiting the salon.

The WBS that is provided above consists of four phases that are initiation, planning, execution as well as closure phase. The initiation phase is the starting phase of the project in which activities like development of business case, undertaking feasibility analysis, appointment of team members is undertaken. The planning phase is the second phase of the project in which the entire project plan in planned. In the execution phase, the entire project related activities are executed for finishing the project. Now, the closure phase of the project is considered as the last phase in which the project is reviewed and proper documentation on the project is created.
