The event of the world cup is one of the biggest within the world and for that proper event management is highly required for the process. The purpose of the paper is to provide the view on the implementation of lean management within the project. The paper further discusses the various process that is required for the implementation of lean project management.
Voice of the customer is the feedback or the information that is being provided by the consumers to the organisation. This is one of the best processes that has been utilised by the vent management for providing an effective view on the working function. This process helps the event manager to collect proper information regarding the needs and the wants of the customers (Bascoul, Tommelein, & Tuholski, 2016). The process of VOC is a proactive function where the constant innovative process is essential for understanding the rapid change within the behaviour of the customer. The VOC can be gathered with the process of survey, interview, observation, fieldwork and other factors that help the people to share their view regarding the product and the services.
