In addition to that, in this report we are also selecting ERP as the suited solution to resolve all types of organizational structure issues LionCo. Also, in this report a flow chart diagram is depicted in the report to identify all types of functional processes and issues based on the sales procedure of the organization.
The organizational structure of any particular organization is the vital part to understand and solve all types of related functional and non-functional processes that mainly adopted by an organization to manage all types of developmental aspects related to culture and structure of organization (Do et al. 2014). Hence, the organizational structure of LionCo in relation to different functional measures is given below:
Domeika (2015) discussed that organizational structure is one of the vital and effective aspect to signify and manage growth of any particular organization as regard to crucial and different important perspective based on organization development. Apart from that, company does the competition with all their competitors to manage the sustainable standards based on their position in the competitive market.
