According to various researchers, with the help organizational structure it helps to determine the information flows in different levels of the company.
In this report, it mainly discussed about the organizational structure to have the proper understanding of different operational issues that are occurred in an organization. In addition to that, in this report we are also selecting ERP as the suited solution to resolve all types of organizational structure issues LionCo. Also, in this report a flow chart diagram is depicted in the report to identify all types of functional processes and issues based on the sales procedure of the organization.
The organizational structure of any particular organization is the vital part to understand and solve all types of related functional and non-functional processes that mainly adopted by an organization to manage all types of developmental aspects related to culture and structure of organization (Do et al. 2014). Hence, the organizational structure of LionCo in relation to different functional measures is given below:
Domeika (2015) discussed that organizational structure is one of the vital and effective aspect to signify and manage growth of any particular organization as regard to crucial and different important perspective based on organization development. Apart from that, company does the competition with all their competitors to manage the sustainable standards based on their position in the competitive market. Lack of Strategic Management: The maximum growth potential is mainly raised by effective organizational structure that results to effective strategic management perspectives. Reduction of Productivity: Another important issue is reduced productivity that is mainly occurs due to weak organization structure of LionCo which is mainly caused by lack of concentration given on the development perspective of Lion’s organizational structure and culture with respect to their functional objectives and goals within their target market. Apart from this, all types of significant approaches and different functional areas of development needed to get noticed by LionCo organizational head like productivity measures, supply chain management, communication standards etc (Lionco.com 2017). Less efficient Human Resource Management: LionCo has poor HR management conditions to manage both the organization work processes and infrastructure that mainly involved with the organizational functionalities.
