The IFG and its Growth Strategy
Discuss about the Stakeholder Engagement For Responsible Innovation.
Various big business along with small businesses has been facing vital important problems as business gets started, Different kinds of small businesses has required strong structure and huge backing of consumers for surviving against huge businesses. Here, Josh Novak possesses a successful model as per as IFG or International Food Group and Glow-Foods have seen that. Here, they ate so much impressed with IT plan at Glow-Foods, they have been offering job at IT office. This has been with the team for helping the demographic. Apart from this, Josh has been excited and hesitant as he already knew that IFG has been nothing like Glow-Flood’s small business.
Further, Josh has expected transition of the company towards IFG. However, this has been difficult. As Josh becomes the part of IFG’s IT department and possess their individual team, Tonya has warned them regarding that there would be problems, they he can run into. Here, there have been serious obstacles present in most part of the new aged team. They have been bumping their heads with big business and seasoned personnel of IFG. Further, the chief technology officer, Rick Visser, has warned that access to social media sites has been needed by the pre-approval from the group. Here, the transition towards the corporate world has turned out be much more hard as Ben Nokony has debated with team. He stated that they are needed to undergo through him apart from talking directly for the product teams. Here all the concerns of the IT offices have been valid. However, this has been much difficult for young team for seeing the way. Here, the team has required utilizing social media like Instant Messengers and Facebook for communicating and researching those ideas. Further, RICH has been familiar with the workers for seeking permission to use those sites. Apart from this, Josh’s team has not been familiar with the concepts. Thus they have found it very much annoying. In this way they have been just able to utilize those sites.
However, Ben Nokony never lied that the team of Josh has been going directly towards the product teams. Besides, he has bypassed as he turns familiar with IT office that has been going through him for those kinds of needs. Further, the team has needed to bounce some ideas. However, he thought that this has been a formal meeting. This has been needed by him top present and become a part of. Here, the team has angry since Ben has been much aggressive. Further, it is required to remind that IFG has contained particular protocols that are required to be followed.
Josh’s Transition to IFG’s IT Department
Team of Josh has been also struggling to come up with benefits and costs of the suggested tasks. Here, they has never been aware of fiscal expenses till they come to know exactly what they have been capable of. Apart from this, it has been hard for the team in framing the proper budget. However there have been chances to come up with approximate estimation is cost and benefits. There they can sit down and analyze the possible value of the suggested ideas. Hence it has been helpful not to bother as the process goes on.
Furthermore, the team has needed to understand various personalities of the team. This has been one of the obstacles. Apart from this, team of has needed to be very much mindful for winning the support. For winning the support, Josh has needed various team members to show what they have been doing to understand that business. As he is able to prove that he had effectively understood the vision and strategy of IFG, he is able to show how the ideas and tools are needed by the team. This is to experiment with supporting the various corporate initiatives. Presently Josh has comprised of two persons who have been supporting from behind. They are John Ahern, the CIO and Tonya James the IT manager. Tonya has been involved in supporting Josh and his entire group. Additionally, they Josh is also been mentored regarding how he has been seen as a leader at IFG. Apart from this, it is known by John what is done by Josh regarding Glow-Foods and needed the same for IFG. Apart from this Josh has needed to understand the business model at IFG. They required being aware of in which direction IFG has been going and the team ideas needed to support that vision. Further, IFG has needed to allow Josh and the team to do experiment. Apart from this, they have needed to try those ideas and seek the best direction for IFG. Taking the support of John and Tonya, they can start developing alliances to other people. Here, Josh has been a huge motivator. However, he has been able to adjust to that scenario of IFG. As the other people have been able to respect him as the innovator and leader, the team is able to help other people to overcome that uncertainty felt by them.
The IFG or International Flood Group has been one of the biggest purveyor of various kinds of food products throughout the world. As IFG has gone public, they have been continuing to grow through having more and more companies. Further, the companies have been involved in competition that has been required to be eradicated and others have smart ideas that are liked by IFG. It was Rick who was put in charge of the security, risk management, technology roadmap and architecture. Here, they quickly reminded of three procedures that are needed to be followed. Further, it never needed took long for Josh to realize that there has been a bit more obstacles than needed to be. The movement from smaller organization like GlowFoods to IFG indicated that there have been drastic changes within the process. At last, various problems were surfacing down slowly, that started with a email from Visser. This reminded the team that intrusion to Facebook and instant messaging needed approvals from the group. Then, Josh and his group turned frustrated as they have been innovative and needed to think about some more ideas through following a strict procedure. Thus they decided to come up with a three point plan of marketing. Firstly, they used an interactive website along with real-time reactions coming from internal staff through which the organization could connect directly. It has been for the customers about new ideas of product developments. Next, they have been able to reach to various communities for gaining insights for their necessities helping future marketing plans. The third one has been implementing all those ideas over the cloud.
Understanding Protocols and Obstacles
This has been supporting for Josh and gain the outreach for the customers. It has allowed scalability linking with the database of the company. Various obstacles has been mentioned very fast. This included initiatives and business values and handling those situations. It was seen that IFG never has cloud in their architecture and there has been the fear to have much company information costly for everybody over the digital area.
For the first plan, Josh has been able to perform various functions for alleviating fear of interactive web-sites. Thus one could reach to others who can have been doing something same to get those feedbacks. The next one has been laying out some primary processes to get various negative feedbacks. Further, there have been chances through which idea of coupons or various refund programs could be seen. This has been taking outside the IT realm. Further, there have been other people in the company who have been helping with the idea.
Next, the second aspect here has not appeared to get lots of push backs. The reason has been that this idea has been able to process with small resistances. Next the third and most controversial talking point here has been the cloud. Here, Josh has needed to do activities with Rick and come with a cost effective plan working for the organization. Simultaneously, at the same time they have been alleviating the fear of clouds. Here laid out an effective plan explaining those processes, risk managements and advantageous of cloud useful to win the support for the final point of the plan. Lastly, it can be said in Josh’s words that he has been able to hit the big time. The policies of the company needed a much more limited business process needed by every one of them and could be worked through.
Nevertheless, Josh has been able to sense his won and other’s false frustration. This is because they have been prepared for the big project of the review presentation. Their team has been needed to be innovative. However, putting them in a straight way with their processes and proper way to go about things has been a vital task. Though it has been only for more junior executives that both Rick and John has put high hopes for the visioning his team while developing to get IFG out and interact with the customers.
In conclusion, it is said by John that they are able to use technology for helping IGF reach the customers in three innovative ways. He summarized that after all his members has presented the ideas, they need the company to connect directly to customers. This has been about new product development concepts. This must be done via interactive Web site along with real-time response for various internal staffs. Secondly they needed to reach out to various communities and achieve insights to the interests and needs. This in turn has been guiding the future marketing plans. Lastly, they require implementing those concepts over cloud that is helpful for them to scale up or down very fast. This is because they require linking the company databases.
The Three-Point Marketing Strategy
Thus it is seen that IT has appeared as a crucial conversation with John Here, Tonya has mentioned enormous roadblocks that has been present due to the processes in proper place. Here, the team has required room to become creative still working under the system. Further, John has appeared to be receptive for further meeting allowing that to take place. Till then, while working under the system, Josh has needed to adapt new business process. This is because it has hurt the cause for new marketing concepts. Thus all the points under the three IT marketing attacking has been very good. Further, Josh and his team have needed to be more thorough and try their best to get answers for every possible result.
