Focusing on Personal Growth
The primary goal of this project is to bring attention to the things that contribute to my growth as a security officer at a distribution centre in the security department and further implying some social care and volunteering services. An important part of this project’s focus is on determining the theories, entrepreneurial abilities and attributes, increasing cultural awareness, supporting creative and innovative thinking and practises, improving transformation management abilities as well as increasing workplace resilience for personal growth. I have learned a great deal about myself and my work path by concentrating on two of the most fundamental concepts or models (Sivertsen et.al., 2019). In this regard, it is critical to examine the wide range of skills, knowledge, and information available in the social care servicing field in order to identify the impact of new technologies and other trends to help number of people. Last but not least, a concise summary of my own reflections and experiences will be presented here for my future planning and growth purposes.
There are many things about myself that make me particularly well-suited to the job of demonstrating how the unit’s training and development has helped me establish a strategy for my own future. For example, I am highly devoted to completing the targets I set for myself. In addition, I am the one who is able to react to the firm’s abrupt changes and challenges as a security officer and a volunteer in social care services should be able to. For that matter, I can concentrate all of my energy to formulating a plan and setting goals for the future that will help me advance personally and professionally (Moon et.al., 2018).
Defining three major characteristics and actions that directly restrict strong entrepreneurial skills demands a full grasp of what may be defined as the entrepreneurship attribute. As a result of my prior experience managing several projects and duties at work, I am certain that I possess the personal qualities required to be a successful entrepreneur. My most valuable and admirable quality is my willingness to take calculated chances and acknowledge the potential of failure in order to exhibit my inherent entrepreneurial qualities (Kofler and Baylis, 2020). Aside from that I have got a really determined attitude, which means I could look at other difficulties which should not be disregarded if given the opportunity, but security officer should know what to do or not hesitate in making the judgments that may take them to riches. As opposed to waiting for chances to come to them, they get out of bed and get to work. A further facet of my personality is creative, and it contributes to my capacity to remain composed and focused in the face of the many difficulties I face.
Moving ahead, Vision is one of the best features and behaviours that I feel I have carried with my own, which is essential for every new endeavour in order to define the future aspects of what we aspire to achieve in our life. Hence, being a good social care servant or volunteer, as indicated above, is not an easy activity because it continually requires tasks and obligations that must be done at the suitable time and place (Sleed et.al., 2020). The experience I’ve gained from working with consultants and other tasks that required me to deal with a variety of businesses, including management, self-motivation, and a clear picture of my long-term goals has been invaluable in helping me determine which distribution network and businesses with a variety of divisions are best suited to my personal preferences and ideas.
Gaining Entrepreneurial Skills
Reaching success while achieving the anticipated or planned consequence is termed effective, and that is what it implies to be successful. Similarly, when it comes to describing the tasks and diversity of features or elements of health social care servant or volunteer to support the people who are suffering from any health concern, I feel that effective process of building the personal development that is performed out by an effective individual who has the passion and desire to achieve the ideal which he has ever dreamt of is the most difficult and important task one could ever accomplish. From the perspective of managers, this is a cycle that provides guidance and inspiration, together with the best available skills, in order for exceptional people to maximise the power and latent abilities they’ve possessed all their lives (Croix and Veen, 2018).
As per my views and what I believe is that I am equipped to work for a private business that is run for profit and long – term prospects by offering outstanding services to its customers in the sector they are working in. This would enable me to enjoy my own personal traits that I think were greatly confined by the prospects of a corporation (Solberg et.al., 2020). Consequently; these are my own beliefs and behaviours that I feel I can improve and use to my own talents and skills that are required to accomplish the desired goals that I want to achieve in future for the purpose of moving towards the path of success and growth.
Based on the above-mentioned views and opinions about the number of traits and leadership abilities, it has been proved that having such leadership and creative quality is necessary for any company in order to assure success and development of the business. For that reason, in the context of Amazon as the largest commercial operating organisation, it has been illustrated that having an entrepreneurial character at the workplace plays a very essential part and the same may define the success of the company and also provides the benefit in terms of consumers (Bäcklander, 2019).
Amazon’s success is predicated on empowering its workers. Feeling in total command of their job is a motivating factor for employees. As a consequence, Amazon has attracted some of the world’s finest Chief Executive Officers (CEOs) because of its capacity to establish entire departments and divisions of the business. Even while Amazon expects a lot from its workers, this independence allows them to do their best work. With no limits, they are free to take advantage of the possibilities ideas in a way that maximises results.
As a result, one of the most important components and a potential obstacle is having in-depth understanding of the effect of internal and external forces (Maymon et.al., 2020). That’s why demonstrating the aforementioned leadership and entrepreneurial characteristics, such as clear vision, open communication, a willingness to try new things, and a focus on sound judgement, is so critical in the workplace.
It’s critical that I explore the tools and information at my disposal for doing self-reflection and self-assessment in order to see whether they have a significant influence on my students’ educational experiences. Not only must students be taught what to study, but they must also be taught how to learn and how to enhance their academic performance (Kwan, 2020). Students are better prepared to learn and metacognitive strategies when they have been forced to assess their own work, strategies, and style of learning in order to understand where they’d be lacking. Individuals may more easily assess their own work when given rubrics that clearly state the goals and criteria of the project (Wang, 2018).
Vision for Future Endeavours
I’ve realised that in order to be successful in a company, I need the encouragement and support of my co-workers and other employees on top of everything else. To be a successful Social care servant or volunteer, I must also be a competent leader, which means that I must know how to train my team and make myself accessible to my colleagues. Anyone in high management who has shown early leadership potential is more likely to be noticed. Leadership in the distribution centre may be displayed in a number of ways, two of which are strategy and long-term planning. Their capacity to make smart and inventive judgments at the same time is considered as a trait of a top accounting expert. Moving ahead, Security officers that are skilled at what they do need to exhibit their value to customers by assisting them better their existing position and future prospects (Kwan, 2020). Managers are looking for employees with the ability to go up the corporate ladder and into leadership positions. Some of the abilities they seek for in prospective employees include the capability to avoid and manage conflict, flexibility, leadership, and a commitment to lifelong learning. As a result, the talents indicate how swiftly accounting is becoming a major career option. While this is the case, a rewarding career in accounting is built on a solid foundation of accounting expertise and knowledge. I’m considering about doing the certification courses to obtain a better grip on my future obligations.
Considering the above discussion regarding the personal development and growth in the field of distribution centre, it has been depicted that because of the multiple problems that social care student or a volunteer may face while helping out a lot of people out there, so it is important have some effective approaches and ways to overcome them (Daniëls et.al., 2019). This will help in working towards my career development goals and to get the opportunity as well to assist the problems of people. We have already mentioned some major ideas for dealing with the challenges and utilising the finest and most effective ways for conquering them with the best managerial skills and abilities above.
In order to get success and growth in the same field, it is important to develop some goals and objectives that needs to be adopted so that it can set the benchmark to achieve them with an effective way. So, some of the personal development goals are described below in a detailed manner:
My first and most important goal is to learn how to act like a professional individual or volunteer who can provide social healthcare support services to as many people as I can. Also, I want to pursue my profession of security officer at work so that my co-workers and other employees can learn something more about professionalism and culturalism in the company from me (Thompson and Glasø, 2018).
I want to learn more about planning and other activities in the near future, so the second thing I need to do for my own personal growth is to meet more people and work with more clients. This is my only goal for the next two to three months, but I want to do it quickly so that I can help my clients with their problems.
The last goal I have is to become a professional and get a high-paying job in the same field in two years. I want to be able to handle all of the risky parts of a complicated situation if they happen. So, with this job, I can learn as much as I can so that I can use all these things in the future (Mango, 2018).
