• The project was developed to form a appropriate project plan to develop and implement a web based application for the various operations of the Social Media research centre. The project would be helpful to make the various processes of the organization easy. Modification and development of operations are two major influencers of this research process.
• The main scope of this project is the modification of system requirement. The web based application would be helpful to store the research done by the organization. It would be a helpful tool in accessing their research and in forming of their own analysis with the help of stored data and information in the system.
• The primary deliverable of the project is the development of a web-based system for the organization. A database server would be connected to the application. It would allow the students to resister in the application to access the data and information.
• The major benefit of the development of this kind of system is that it would help the students in their study. The modified system would assist the students by providing data and information.

The use of change evaluation and implementation would not be included in this project. The change management is an important factor in invoking the development of strategies and tools to carnage the project.

The project would be successful in case one can able to use the web page application and to provide efficient performance in Social Media Research Centre.

As per expectation, the project would take 8 months and a total of AUD$ 50,000 to complete.

• Better- The main objective behind the development of this project is to make process of searching necessary data and information easy for the students of Social Media Research Centre.
• Faster – The clients requires the efficiency of the operations of the organization. It would assist the students to search for the relevant data and information for their study and research purposes.
• Cheaper – The modification of the operations of the project is the purpose of scheduled project management operations.
• Do More – The clients had been attempting the development of the operations of the project.

The appropriate metric system is shown below:

• To evaluate the expected cost and its flow after implementation, the process of cost analysis would be used.
• Net Present Value would be used to get the internal rate of return (IRR)

The registered number of people in Social Media Research Center would be helpful for this project.

• Any assumption made at the time of the project

Purpose of the Plan: In order to form a operability and effective plan for the project operation, the communication plan is a helpful tool. To convey one’s idea and the development of more systematic plan is the main reason behind the development of communication plan. To complete the project objectives, the overall team philosophy plan is a helpful factor. The lateral communication depends on the hypothetical development of the plan. It helps to form functional and effective functional operation of the project. The downward communication plan shows the channeling of thoughts, ideas and messages. To form an effective and smart communication plan, the upward communication is an important factor.

Change Management: There are some steps in the process of change management like change identification, detailed analysis of changes, using of specific approaches to implement changes, implementation of the changes and monitoring the changes.
