The project selected for the study is implied for developing the alignment of the factors and formation of the successive work completion. The topic of the project is Music Festival in England. The event would be supported by the utilization of the information and the alignment of the successive integration works. The information alignment would be supported by the formation of the effective information development for the progress of the event.

The project selected for the report developed above was Music Festival in England as it had required the use of project management concepts and tools. The event had been traditionally held in London, UK every year for raising money to help the needy and allow many artists for gaining recognition. The scope of the event was live performances by the artists, raising money from the tickets sold, project charter and plan development, and execution of the event with safety and health considerations.
