The project charter document is made for incorporating the partner related with the improvement of the framework. The involvement of the project manager is dependent on the success of the project. The reason for this Project Charter reports is formal discussion between the Project manager and the Gourmet Food, including the understanding as new project chief and accomplishment of the task. The project is to develop an information system for Gourmet-Online and record all the food orders and enquiry about a new product or the availability of the product. The inventory and the supply management system is required to be replaced by the new system and involve more number of customer for achievement of improvement for the staffs. The project is required to be developed from scratch and no existing hardware cannot be used for the development of the system.
The main goals of Gourmet-Online is to improve the existing supply and inventory management system and increase the satisfaction of the customer. The cost of management of the different resources associated with the business is required to be less and the information system is required to be developed to cut down the management cost and improve the productivity of the business.

The main objectives for the development of the information system are as follows;
- To develop the information system within the proposed time and budget
- To reduce the maintenance cost of the current business process
- To improve the business to business and business to customer relationship and provide new facility to the customer
The main aim of the project is to improve the current business operation and grow the current business process for management of the different business operation. The recent technology is required to be analysed for the development of the new information system and new functionality can be added for attracting more number of customers and open 25 new store and increase the number of served customer to 75 %.

The measureable organizational value is used for the determining rate of success or failure of the project and identification of the impact of a step required for the development of the project. The process involved for the development of the information system is required to be managed for benefits that the organization can gain with the deployment of the system can help in identification of the measurable organizational value.
