Scope Baseline
The project aims to achieve the following objectives,
- To properly access the properties within the park
- To provide safety and injury less locomotion in the parking environment
- To link the shops and buildings that are within the parking premises
The project had been aimed for forming the development of the infrastructure within the parking environment and formation of the effective and smart functions and operations for the visitors. The description of the project scope had been given below,
Proper Access of Parking Properties: The development of the parking infrastructure would help in forming an effective and smart space for the locomotion and use of the parking assets and properties by the visitors. It is important for aligning the functions of the parking operations and development of the parking environment for the visitors of the park.
Safety and Injury less Locomotion: The development of the parking environment and infrastructure would be helpful for the implementation of the project operations. The role of the development would be helpful for the modification of the project implementation in the organization.
Linkage of the development: The linkage of the project management had been helpful for the management of the park project operations. The project had been aimed for forming the development of the infrastructure within the parking environment and formation of the effective and smart functions and operations for the visitors.
